  This property is about 45 minutes to 1 hour from downtown Shanghai, depending on the time of day you travel. The property itself has a very nice lobby and well maintained common areas, including restrooms. 4 elevators that were all in working order. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was exceptionally large and very nicely furnished with a desk. TV included several English speaking channels, including CNN and ESPN (the only hotel of 4 during our trip that had this). We had an end unit so that had windows on two side. Air conditioning was not great and we had to keep a window open to cool the room. All in all, can recommend.

  Perfect if visiting New International Expo Centre, short taxi ride or short walk to subway. Good restaurant (nice steak) and bar, service good. Rooms and very good, even got upgraded to a suite - thank you! Good for Shanghai Pudong airport (about 1/2hr).

• Not bad for a short stay

  We selected the hotel as it’s located in a relatively short distance from the Maglev train station as we want to avoid standing in traffic en route to the airport.
  It’s ok for a couple of nights, but make sure you have all the details of your reservation either printed or easily accessible from your mobile.
  In our case they forgot that we booked so called “club” room granting access to the lounge on the 25th floor.
  Then in the morning they were missing the information that our reservation included breakfast.
  Fortunately we were able to clarify those misunderstandings quickly.
  
  Now that I am on the “breakfast” topic - it is nice: lots of Asian dishes as you would expect (95% of the guests were Chinese), but you can also find dark bread and cheese!
  Fruit selection could be bigger, I left missing apples and oranges.
  
  In the lounge upstairs they have happy hour starting at 17:30, when you can get drinks and food for free.
  
  Rooms are basic holiday-inn style rooms. Air condition is not too good - both rooms we had were quite cold. Also we could feel the smell of tobacco even though smoking is forbidden. Looks like someone broke the rule...
  Slow internet connection- as others have already commented.

  As per the title, it is exactly what you expect.
  
  Service is professional, rooms clean and the location is OK. Not exactly close to the underground but can walk though I wouldn't with luggage.
  
  Probably look at somewhere closer to the heart of town next time after seeing how easy it is to get to the Convention Centre

The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center and 10 minutes away from 2010 EXPO site , only 30 minutes from Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao International Airport as well.
