  The price seems a bit high for the room but you might pay a premium to stay so close to the airport. The lobby is very nice, rooms are clean and fairly modern. Our air conditioning wasn't functioning, however they did send someone to fix it rather quickly. Friendly staff, and some that speak English. Free airport shuttle which is a plus.

  Only stayed here one night; reception was friendly and spoke enough English to help with timing my departure back to the airport the next morning. They do have a free airport shuttle which would've been nice to know about before I took a crazy late night taxi getting there (be sure to have their address in Chinese for your driver if you have to cab it).
  Otherwise room was decent size and clean, wifi was only okay. Would stay here again.

  We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport as we had to catch an early flight the following day. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport (just outside Gate 27, 1F, Terminal 2, every 30 mins from 6.30 am - 10.30 am, then hourly from 11.30 - 21.00, then every 30 mins from 21.30 - 00.30). or taxi will be around 100 CNY. Just book the return shuttle to the airport at check-in. The rooms were bigger than expected and looked quite new, as this is an airport hotel as opposed to a hotel where you would be based to take in the sights.
  We arrived quite late so had to make do with wandering to a local restaurant for some food. There are some good bakeries and restaurants just across the road, so there is no need to worry about getting hungry. The bed was quite comfy, there was free wifi and plenty of space to move around.
  Breakfast was pretty much a Chinese buffet, not really appetizing, but enough to fill your stomach.
  The receptionists spoke English and don't expect a bell boy to help with luggage.

  I stayed here for one night in transit from hangzhou to dubai.. Very close to the airport.. They provide free shuttle.. Staff speak good English.. Rooms are good and bed very comfortable.. dint get to have breakfast as had an early flight.. Reasonable priced Hotel.. Nice stay..

  OK, so I suppose it serves a purpose. This hotel is fairly close to the airport with a free shuttle (although not that frequent) and not expensive but it is seriously tired and the staff are pretty grumpy. The place was not particularly clean and the rooms are poorly furnished (uncomfortable beds and no reading lights) with noisy aircon and curtains which let a lot of light through. The area surrounding the hotel had a very seedy feel to it and generally little to commend it unless you are looking for a dodgy sauna.
  The other benefit to staying here is that it makes a long-haul flight much more enjoyable.
