First time in China, first time in such an amazing hotel. Wouldn't say that the view from the window caught my breath, but there was no time to enjoy it. Very interesting design of the room, with sliding doors in the bathroom. Comfortable and soft bed with many pillows, just what you need after an 11 hour trip. Local restaurant is quite basic and not cheap, at all. Included breakfast also lacks choice. And there wasn't that much of a restaurant choice around the hotel also. May be this hotel is only for sleeping?))
Metro station right cross the street, but didn't have guts to take it ))
Overall city is very beautiful, but until the lights go off (which is at23:00).

Staying here during a business trip. I travel a lot and must say this hotel beats some of my latest stays in what may have seem much more desirable destinations.
This is a very industrial / business area of Shanghai with not much happening otherwise. The hotel deserves highest marks on service, design, room comfort, hygiene, atmosphere etc.
Feels like a good 5*. I am impressed.

This is my 5th stay and the hotel thanked me for my loyalty. The quality of the service remains ,excellent and the staff are both professional and very pleasant. The room comfort, decor, lighting and cleanliness are tops. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous!
Service at the Club Lounge is excellent and the quality of food and drink are very good.
The Club Lounge staff trainee Bosco was extremely courteous and attentive. 5-Star service!

I stayed here for 3 nights for business. The lounge was a real highlight for me; great food and drinks, friendly and attentive staff, and ample power points. The internet speed throughout the hotel was very quick, although restricted. The "Club" room was very comfy and left me feeling refreshed. There is a few options within the hotel to eat at. Both the Chinese and Korean restaurants offered great, but pricey food. I'll be back in a couple of months!

Stayed 4 nights on a Business Visit. Location was perfect for my office and it was just a 10 min walk away. Had pre booked Hotel transport and was picked up by a nice clean Mercedes E Class. Bottled water and wifi was available in the limo. On arrival was quickly checked in by staff and shown to my room. Rooms are decent, clean and well furnished. WiFi was free and was good. Great water pressure in the bathrooms with instant hot water.
The breakfast spread was good with both western and Chinese options.Tried the lunch buffet and that was great with a lot of options and live counters. Room service was always prompt and the staff took care to ask about allergies and preferences.
I did not get to try the swimming pool though. The Hotel is a bit away from the bund and other nightlife, however taxis are easily available. Staff was always friendly, cheerful and willing to help. A nice place to stay if you have work in this area.
