Worth it if you like quiet and airport shuttle
Ben W
Shanghai, China | Apr 20, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travel"For the price, you can't beat this. I marked cleanliness a 4 out of 5 simply because of the mold in the shower (which I am sure they have tried to address). Otherwise, the cleanliness was a "5". The location is a bit off the beaten path from the Lingkong subway station, but a 14 RMB taxi ride fixes that. Don't let the "black car" taxi driver talk you into taking you to the hotel unless you are ok with paying 2 to 3 times what you would with a metered taxi, which is easy to find near the subway station (despite appearances). The location of the hotel however is great if you have to catch a flight from the Pudong Airport. A shuttle bus will take you from the hotel to the airport in about 15 minutes. I was told the shuttle bus would cost me 10 RMB but they ended up charging nothing. Cool beans. The hotel is quiet and quaint and quite inexpensive. You get good value for the money paid. Also, there is a little convenience store and a little restaurant adjacent to the hotel."

Does the Job!

Mar 12, 2025My fiance and I spent the night here during a layover to Dalian. Its clean, has hot water, a bed, its close to the airport and is affordable. Perfect place for an overnight stay between flights. NOTE: The shuttle service is in the domestic arrivals area.

Good for a layover, can't beat the price

Toronto, Canada | Nov 24, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travelClean little room for a great price for what it is: a Place to sleep on a long layover. No lift in the hotel, and I don't think there's anyone to help you with your luggage either. Within maybe 20 minutes from the airport, and I paid the hotel 10rmb for a shuttle service both ways. Bed was fine, and the room included toothbrushes, towels, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. Wierd washroom setup with no doors, but not a problem I guess. The area sucks if you want to do any exploring, there are only convenience stores and a few local restaurants, but seemingly nothing else. Receptionist speaks basic English, but if you've ever checked in at a hotel before I'm sure you can figure it out. In the airport, there is desk where you can go and they will get a shuttle for you. The people at the desk in the airport speak basic English, although the sign was all in Chinese when I went.
Fine experience and no complaints. -
Good for Night Stay
JAYANTBISWAS
Ajmer, India | Jun 11, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travelGood for an overnight stay close to the airport. They have a counter at the Pudong Airport Arrival Hall from where you can book a shuttle to the hotel. The hotel itself is just OK, as a budget hotel for overnight stay. not advisable for long stay. There is no elevator, so ask for a room on the first floor. There is no restaurant or food facility, only a small private store near the lobby selling, water, soda, ice-cream, snacks etc. , but highly overpriced. Better to walk a bit and go to some other store where the costs are more reasonable. The downtown city center is very far and even the nearest Line-2 metro station is only a taxi ride away. The wifi doea not work in the rooms, only in the lobby. However there is a desktop provided in the lobby should you need to use the net. Sufficient toiletries are provided in the room, and slippers as well. You need to buy your own drinking water. The rooms are not sound proof so expect a lot of noise all the time.
