  The free smartphone service helped me all through my stay in Shanghai to use internet and apps in China.
  
  Great view of the river, and the breakfast was fantastic!
  The location is great, kind of in the south end of the bund busy area, easy access (good walk or quick taxi) to the Yuyuan garden and the rest of the bund.
  
  The room service was also very quick and good. The English speaking staff was very helpful to book the massage, taxis, etc.
  
  Would be happy to stay there if I ever go back to Shanghai!

  great design and very helpfull staff. the view from the rooftop is amazing. eventhough it's a little of fron Nankin road, this hotel is definitely to be recommended. I will go back for sure. the restaurant is also very good.

• "Amazing vacation at this hotel"

  From the moment we arrived the staff was so friendly, the rooms were so elegant on decor and set for business or pleasure by the way the upgraded my room for confort. Spectacular view looking over the Huangpu river and the colosal Jin Mao Tower. The outdoor bar on the top floor just captured my atention of the amazing view, the sunset absorved my time with a cocktail in hand, beautiful seeing the sun leaving for the lights to come alive and dress the city. Perfect spot. Chef Willmer and Sommelire Alexander served us some of the best Wagyu steaks that just melt in your mouth pair it with a nice bottle of wine for us that complemented our dinner, we had to comeback the next day it was that good. "Rita" at the top bar along with the bar staff made me feel like I was a friend that they haven't seen in a long time, my cocktail was mastered perfectly again the view is out of this world. The kids enjoy the pool on the seven floor. Over all we were able to explore the new and the old world everything is with in walking distance from the bun. Last but not the least on our departure we met Ginny one of the hotel managers made some small talk she make sure that we got a taxi to the airport (Very professional). I will say this is a perfect hiding spot in Shanghai.

We are located at the south of the Bund, just in front of the river front, it's just walking distance to Chenghuang temple and Yu Garden, where you can find the old elements of Shanghai. The rooftop has one of the most beautiful night views of Shanghai in the midnight when the lights on. Best wishes and look forward to your next stay.

  From communication prior to arrival to check out it was all spectacular.
  Nothing seemed to much bother to the staff but particular thanks to Ginny for making our stay so special.
  The room was the best view we’ve had whilst in Shanghai and the decor fun, funky and comfortable.
  Breakfast was smashing and there was a fabulous choice. The view to the Bund and across the Huangpu River to Pudong was again superb from our seats.
  Quite frankly we say go and enjoy the fun and luxury that is this hotel!
