  Like the first time I stayed, I specifically booked the room rate with breakfast included. Again, when I checked in, reception told me that breakfast wasn't included. The guy quickly changed his time when he saw that I was angry and said that it was his "mistake". When this happens twice, you have to wonder ...! The hotel is showing signs of its age and could use a facelift in places. Rooms are also a tad dark but are clean and comfortable; the temperature control doesn't get the room as warm as we would have liked; and breakfast is still low quality for RMB200 per person and the Western food is only just luke warm to cold despite promised improvements. The main reason I like to come back here is the excellent location, relatively comfortable rooms and reasonable price. (The Management always responds to comments positively, but promised improvements never seem to happen. Maybe this time?)

We have noticed your experience feeling disappointment twice on the wrong room benefit which you do not deserve, and needless to say, your concern regarding the food quality of breakfast. We sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations.
  
  We also apologize for the room temperature as you mentioned that the air conditioning in the rooms are centralized, guests may borrow an extra heating or a fan if they feel the room temperature was not ideal, or request for a room change. Our guest service manager at extension 84 will be of your assistance.

  We stayed here for two nights in a deluxe room as part of a tour package. The lobby is big and lovely. The breakfast area is located directly off the lobby and the food was good and plentiful. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and very large. Turn right out of the hotel and walk straight to a nice large park modeled after the city of Shanghai. Very pretty.

  The hotel is located at a convenient place with metro station, banks, cafe and malls at a walking distance.There is also a nice Mexican restaurant nearby and good no. of bars. Breakfast spread is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. it also has a tennis court(indoor and outdoor), bowling, spa etc

  One more fantastic hotel on our tour. This hotel is just beautiful. Attentive staff and front desk. Beautiful bar for a nice cocktail. Lobby is large as is the dining area just behind it. The room was very elegant with a very comfortable bed. Very nice bath toiletries.
