This hotel is superb if you arrive in a city like Shanghai it is very important that you have a safe haven like your hotel room or your hotel the Langham is exactly the place where you can relax have a great lunch or a wonderful time in the spa the staff is amazing always a smile and if you have a problem just ask Felix he is there to help you AAA hotel the best

Hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and pubs next door. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, always very quick to respond. My first visit to this location for business but will definitely choose it again.

Fantastic experience at the Langham Shanghai in Xintiandi

The Langham is known for its excellent food and beverages, and its attentive service. We loved the breakfast for its variety, freshness and quality. On the last day with a late checkout we enjoyed a wonderful lunch. Its Cantonese, Indian, Japanese, and other selections were delectable. We loved the Cantonese slow-simmered soup tucked in a little section! The Langham Club was a nice upgrade and a recommended one. The lounge has a wonderful wine selection and delicious little bites. It's great for intimate business meetings or winding down after a long day at the office. We are very happy with our choice.

Been a regular visitor in shanghai and prefer Langham as the first choice being familiar with the property and most importantly the people working here. Ms.Zoe,Mrs.Shirley,Mrs Yun are the ones that has been displaying the top level service and response. You need anything,they are racing to get it done and this is not once ,but all these years whenever i am there. Recently in July 2019 ,(this month)beginning we were in Shanghai Langham and left to Ningbo as we had tickets for the high speed train booked by one of our supplier(as it was raining like cats and dogs we decided to take train).Upon reaching the train station we came to know that one of our passport informations were wrongly entered while booking and we couldn't travel to Ningbo.I called zoe for help and within next 30 minutes she arranged a taxi to Ningbo with the best rate and by the time we had a coffee and small mac burger taxi was there and she made sure that driver took us safely . She did the followup with driver and me throughout the journey..This is what is called as customet sevice and zoe is well known to me and our company for over 4 years.Yun and shirley do their job is the best way with any kind of help we require .The women in langham are the best ones i have seen so far .Keep it up.
