  A hotel in need of some updating. Room clean but peeling wall paper in parts and windows that wouldn't fully shut, damp musty smell in room. Internet connection would not work at all on any device despite saying connected!

  The location is good and convenient cause it is not far away from Hongqiao Airport, but if you land on pudong, it might be not good for you to go.
  This was the first hotel i stayed with Accor hotel years ago. Once i join TripAdvisor i want to write some reviews cause the memory is still fresh!
  I booked a non-smoking room,stayed 3 night but i think the price was just about 2nights. everything was good, check in was fast but just.. the girl in front desk didn’t even look at me, she may don’t know how to smile which give me the feeling that she wants me to dispear as soon as possible.
  Room was great. It’s an apartment though i didn’t use the macrowave or the wash machine. But you know, room is big ,clean and quiet. The housekeeping is quite professional
  Anyway, it is a good hotel and a hotel let me fall in love with Accor.

  The hotel facilities are a bit old. Servicing attitudes of staff are still good. Very difficult to get taxi. There is the washing machine in room, but without the dryer, meaning no much use can be made with it.

  This hotel is a good value and clean property being close to one of Shanghai Convention centre and HongXiao airport. Breakfast buffet offers lots of choices (Japanese, western, Chinese). The dining area can do with a manager who has eyes for details. For example there is no spoon in the area where made to order soup counter, only chop sticks. There is spoon where the coffee machine is at. The staff clears the table too quickly even when Yi haven't finished. Concierge was very good. The hotel has English channels.

  A recent 3-night stay was improved by front desk staff resolving an outstanding payment/booking issue. Well done to her. The hotel is well located to the secondary airport of Shanghai and one of the main rapid train stations) and is within a short (9km) taxi ride to Shanghai central. There are lots of restaurants around, particularly Japanese restaurants.
  The my room was clean and not suffering from being dated or worn, but was quite dark. More lights would be an improvement. The bed was wonderfully comfortable (firm) and I slept well.
  Staff were all eager to help, and the 2 French staff in the main restaurant certainly made an effort not only on their own part, but in mentoring the other staff as well.
  The evening and the breakfast buffets are adequate, and the huge atrium is a cool place to eat.
  Wifi only on public floors, and is just adequate in speed. In rooms there's cabled access only.
  Despite the green policy and despite leaving towels in 2 different and (I thought) appropriate places to avoid changing each day, were changed. Either the policy for guests isn't clear, or that for staff isn't.
  Good solid and reliable hotel for business or stop over in Shanghai, with staff who make the effort.
