Jan 16, 2026 | Trip type: BusinessI will recommend this hotel as nice stay, good location and professional staff. Located within walking distance to malls (Jing'an Kerry and Crystal Galleria). Finding food is never a issue as convinient. Family mart is just opposite road only. Tourist attraction - Jing'an temple also nearby within walking distance about 5 mins.

It is surrounded by malls , many high end products. Well recommended. One point of criticism: the music in the lobby is horrible and way to loud.

Jan 14, 2026 | Trip type: FamilyWe received a spacious room on high floor, but the conditioner was heating or fan only...no cooling...The temperature in the room was 26C with both windows open.
It took the entire day with technician visits and many talks to the reception, but finally we received another room, which was cool enough with the aircobditioner off
The hotel is well located and we had a pleasant stay
Altough the breakfeast is very rich in my opinion it is totally overpriced... -

The complimentary free breakfast provides a wide range of foods from traditional chinese dishes to western continental to american style buffet. The concierge provided access to driver services for several destinations during my stay including transfer from the airport and to overnight visits to Songjiang - SW of central Shanghai.
