I have mixed reviews as on my arrival, the hotel had incorrectly cancelled my booking which caused a lot of problems.
I eventually was given a room and due to the error was upgraded to a small suite which was very comfortable.
There are quite a few restaurants in the hotel, but they are very expensive.
The rooftop bar is nice with some good live music, but once again prices are very high for drinks.
The breakfast buffet was very good, but they were not able to accommodate Gluten intolerance.

One of the best location you can get. Hotel along the Nanjing West road. Taking taxis is never a problem. Hotel is linked to the mall beside and the train station is located at the basement of the mall. There is underpass which link you to 10 over exits if you do not wish to walk under the hot sun. The rooms are abit old fashioned designed, but are clean and spacious. Hotel staffs are friendly.

Great location and clean rooms

The staff is friendly, even if many of them do not speak much English. Great location. The rooms are very clean. You get some chocolates every day. The pool is good. The breakfast and dinner buffets have great varieties of food. I stayed during my birthday this time and I found her birthday cake on my desk when I came back, a very kind touch :)

This hotel has a amazing location as it is centralized to get around Shanghai. The rooms have a spectacular view of Shanghai city which is what we had. The room itself is dated in style however quite large for the junior suite. I would recommend to stay here to anyone visiting Shanghai as the service is superb and the location is convenient.
