Stayed at Frasers for 16 nights . Good service and great location . Would like to thank housekeeping , Laura for always having a smile in the morning and keeping our unit very clean.
The hotel is centrally located and getting around was a brisk.
Front desk Ansen was very helpful and the hotel bell boys were always willing to assist with packages as. Bags.
Frasers is indeed a “home away from home”

Given the location and amenities - I think this hotel was great value. The bed was super comfortable and the room clean and well maintained. This is not a five star hotel but it has everything you need (including as others have mentioned a washer and dryer).

Some areas to be improved

As I stayed in the same brand in Bangkok and I trust the quality of this hotel, that is the reason why I chose Fraser in Shanghai. Overall is good but go into details, some areas have room to improve. We stayed in room 1701, the toilet door cannot close properly, the floor and the bedsheet is a bit dirty, WiFi unstable and also air-con makes noise which I couldn’t sleep well at night.

Other than the above, everything is good. There are 2 restaurants on 6/F and Element Fresh is always my favourite as they serve healthy food. Gym room is also on the same floor with 24 hours service that I like the most.

Hotel located 8 mins walk from Dashijie metro station and there is a construction work undergoing. In China, you must have China mobile number to use the car app. It is easy, cheap and convenient to use DiDi car app unless you want to travel everywhere by metro n bus.

Extremely helpful and friendly staffs at the reception. Gym facilities are in tip top condition. Clean and spacious room . Washing machine and dryer are in good condition and also user friendly , especially in summer time. Stay here for 2 weeks.
