Great location, spacious room, amazing service and luxurious interior. Is attentive in every aspect of hospitality. Love staying here every time I travel to Shanghai because you need not repeat what you prefer, they have got it all planned out.

Amazing location, great views of the city. Very generous room and bathroom size, above standard amenities. Everything was great. But one thing that definitely made this trip memorable was how attentive the staff is.
It was an anniversary trip, they've sent complimentary chocolate and Moet Champagne to the room.
We asked for water, 6 seconds later the water was at the door. It really is incredible how they take care of you at this property.

Great room in a very convenient location with an high end service. Room was big and there was enough space to work in a nice environment when I wasn't out for meetings. The hotel is in the city center, it's very easy to reach all the most famous restaurant and bars. All the staff can speak english, also cleaners. Highly recomended!

I always stay at The Puli when I travel to Shanghai.

The atmosphere is the best part. Tranquil. An oasis amongst the hectic city.

Perfect location right in the heart of Shanghai.

Service was good and staff friendly.

My room was beautiful. A bath whilst watching tv is always a highlight of my trips.

Having a swim and hot sauna in the morning was also a great way to start the day. The breakfasts are delicious with plenty of options at the buffet and a la carte menu.

I will definitely stay here for future trips.
