  We stayed there for 1 night.
  The room was ok, a bit small and dark though and one of the lights in the bathroom would need to be fixed. Most of the western TV stations didn't work, but that was just a minor issue.
  Breakfast was decent with a lot of different choices from Chinese to Western dishes.
  When checking out we had some issues communicating our needs (we needed a Chinese invoice) and it took us a few attempts until we got it. Also because people constantly came by the counter and our receptionist let them interrupt us.

• Small rooms, strange location !

  Rooms were exceptionally small for those of the Pullman brand and struggled to put my large suitcase anywhere, in the end I had to have it on the floor in front of the bathroom door, strangely enough though the bathroom was huge and well laid out, even if the lighting was terrible! also, so many switches in the bedroom made it complicated to work out which one was which to turn off lights. In the end I had to use the plug sockets on the wall, which showed naked wires which could have caused someone to get a severe shock.
  
  No ironing board or hairdryer in a supposed international brand hotel! There is also no bar in the hotel, there is a small lounge area where they serve drinks but not ideal. Service in the restaurant was pleasant, however if you order food it all arrives at once so be prepared to eat your starter with your main.
  
  Strange location, so if you want to be in the thick of it, I would suggest a hotel nearer to the Bund, however the Metro is right next to the hotel and is only a few stops from Peoples Square. If the rooms were larger I would recommend but too small for the leisure traveller, so much so I checked out after two nights.

  1.Our Chief Engineer is taking the appropriate measures to address the shortfalls of lighting facilities problem and prevent future occurrence.
  2.We provide ironing board and iron which setup in the closet. And hair dryer is packed in a black velvet bag where under the basin in the bathroom.
  3.I have stressed our Executive chef to improve the food service. We will strengthen the attention to details and enhance training for all food and beverage employees.

• Good Hotel near metro line 1

  Stayed at this hotel for 2 Nights, the rooms are very nice, look almost new, showers have amazing waterfall shower heads and the bed is comfy, the location is perfect for tourists as its right next to the line 1 metro station at Shanghai Railway Station, if you want line 3 or 4 its about 1 km walk away. would recommend this hotel for a stay in Shanghai

• Excellent hotel

  The hotel had a great location with many shops nearby. The rooms were cozy and luxurious. The breakfast was AMAZING with a huge spread. The interior had a modern contemporary design. The staff were very accommodating and spoke good English.

• Good hotel

  Good business and leisure hotel.
  Subway station under the hotel, ideal to explore the city. Rooms are nice with good views. Breakfast started at 6.30, which was already too late for me unfortunately. The executive lounge was great, with nice happy hour.
  Pricing of the hotel was OK.
