I booked the river view room for 4 nights , the view was very good , I love the bund view. And cross the road from hotel has a lot of local food , small market and near east nanjing station line 2,line10.

We found the staff at check in a little blunt. Our room wasn't quite ready and we were told 15 minutes to wait so we went to the hotel cafe for a drink (this was quite expensive).
Over an hour later we were allowed access to the room. Everything seemed a bit dated, although still very clean. The hotel is a short walk from the night life and shopping but the immediate vicinity of the hotel is pretty dingy. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was just OK... I wouldn't stay here again.

The Bund is a good 10 mind walk to the bund and Nanjing Road. So it's a great location. However, the lobby feels more like a bank than a hotel environment. Rooms were generally clean.The beds are extremely uncomfortable. They are ROCK hard! It was very difficult to sleep. We cheaped out and booked the room with no windows. Hindsight, this was a mistake because the air quality was poor. It would have helped to get the odd fresh air from a window. I personally would not come back to this hotel because of the bed. You need to have a descent sleep in order to have a comfortable day of traveling.

Room comfortable and clean and reasonably well provisioned. Location of hotel made it very handy to tourist spots like The Bund. Staff pleasant and keen to please. Ate lunch in their restaurant. Food freshly prepared and tasty. Service attentive. Concierge very helpful in sorting out shuttle back to airport

The Hotel is beautiful, good location and has excellent service. The Hotel has some lovely rooms like this I had, but some of the rooms my friends got have glass windows from the bath-tub to the room. So it was sutable for honeymooners or couples.
The Hotel had wonderful staf, the breakfast was well organised and had a various choise of foods. The swimingpool was great, the view from the pool was beautiful, and they had hot and Cold bath with the showers. The gym area was Good, open til late, and you get new towels there, there is music and aircondition.
