  This is the second time we choose MO in Sanya. Staffs are so friendly that they can meet nearly all the needs. When my boy got cold, they sent us ginger tea immediately. And arranged late checkout for me when they know my flight is late at night. The kids club, the beach and swimming pool is great. Will come back again.

  Stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Sanya for 8 days. I think it is our 3rd time here at the MO in Sanya.
  I would like to say that my stay was amazing. This is a 5 star Hotel with a 7 star service!
  The Hotel Manager (Abdul Rahman), staff at the Cliff Lounge (Clara, Yuki, Crystal and Kiki), Saint (Executive Sous Chef), Richard (AFOM), Riccardo, the staff at the Pavilion (Kathy, Chuck, Dana) and many others all went beyond their regular duties and looked after us like family.

  I would like to show my sincere appreciation to Jason and Yu Yue whom helped me and my parents to figure out the conflicts we had with travel agency. It is not usual to see the hotel would arrange one double bed with no extra beds allowed for a 3-people family trip and still costed us the 3 person price. We have been to so many other places and Sanya MO was the first ever hotel that would have such poor arrangement. Staff were friendly and happy to help but they could not provide any solutions to us. We were surely not satisfied because this means that me and my parents had to squeeze ourselves into a bedroom who’s supposed to only live 2 people. When my dad was talking to me at the breakfast place about what happened, Jason heard us and said he’s very happy to help. He explained to us and was very proactive in assisting us in finding a solution that satisfies our needs. So Jason found Yu Yue who’s in charge of the rooms and she helped us to change to a room that could fit in an extra bed. We would like to thank once more for Jason sand Yu Yue’s timely assistance and the service we got definitely worth 5 stars.

• Finally MO like in Singapore

  Needless to say I am an MO supporter due to the fact MO never disappoints you. Mostly, every MO tends to surprise you. This was no exception. We reach here from another resort where we were not able to enjoy seafood and relaxing dinner times due to the unruly behavior of other guests. Here we found tranquillity, calm, peace and a refreshing atmosphere surrounded by top notch hospitality standards. The room with ocean view was great, we had twice a day room cleaning and towel change as our son loved playing in the bath. The room service was very reliable and we ordered ice cream, it arrived like it was just taken out of the freezer. Fantastic job. 1% of the hotels in the world manages to do that. The food was amazing and, though some people may think it could be overpriced, I say it's MO not a whatsoever hotel. I like the whiskey selection. It's a world class. I remember the same experience in London at the Hilton. And finally the seafood offerings made our trip to Sanya worth every penny. Next time we are back to Sanya we will spend our time just inside MO. Outside MO, we were completely disappointed and saddened by Sanya. Maybe the tourism authorities should learn from MO about tourism and hospitality culture. In tourism and hospitality or you are professional or you better don't even try. MO is always the leader in the sector.
