Large room, windows look at wall

I booked the Superior Double Room on Agoda and the room was quite large. There was breakfast in the morning as well. Walking distance from the hotel, there's not much to do at night. The window looked at a wall, so there was not much of a view.

В общем и целом, не самый плохой отель, хотя до пляжа надо идти (пусть и недалеко). Из плюсов - прямо на выходе остановка 8го автобуса - того самого, который ходит в аэропорт и вообще много куда. Круглосуточные фрукты, есть места где можно поесть и конечно же гипермаркет – наверное лучший продуктовый магазин во всем городе. Только там во всей округе можно купить нормальное японское или немецкое пиво, правда если не успели отоварится до 22:30 придется безальтернативно пить безвкусный Циндао.
В самом отеле мягкие кровати, в отличии от хостела рядом, из которого пришлось переехать именно по этой причине. Персонал, за исключением одной девушки по имени Лемин (или как-то так) не говорит по-английски, но нам везло – когда требовалась коммуникация о продлении номер или заказе такси Лемин, как по волшебству, оказывалась на месте.
Брали номер со скидкой, но за полную стоимость я бы не советовал – можно найти более подходящие варианты. Убирались, кстати, редко и плохо. И вообще на Санье, по-моему, проще снять квартиру – предложений от русскоговорящих китайцев на месте более чем предостаточно.

Stayed for most of the week of Chinese New Year at this hotel. Overall, it worked out as a reasonable place to stay.
Positves: good wifi, great front desk staff of which some English is spoken, good proximity to shopping and the local bus stop, a short walk to Sanya Beach, great family atmosphere, comfortable beds
Negatives: rooms are not cleaned daily - door sign "please make up room" and repeated desk requests do not help, so you must accept that housekeeping service is limited to non-existent; hotel was very noisy - rooster crowing, banging doors, howling dog; taxis cannot find this hotel

budget hotel

Location- near seaside, shops, eating places, spa, shopping malls. But, no decent drinking place around.

Service
- basic, reception can't provide much assistance to your queries, can't book a cab for u, can't even provide any booking numbers!
- I had problem with my shower hot water when we check in, the staff came to check...and told me she will get back to me later, but , till late night, no response from them.
- and, we had problem getting into our rooms every new day, it turn out that we had to "renew" our room cards everyday at the reception ! funny..!

No breakfast is included.

Room- is new, but not perfectly clean. No 'in room safe' provided. I think they didn't even change your bedsheet after room clean up.

Wifi- slow, with no assess to google, FB, yahoo.

I would recommend a new hotel, Lavande, about 10 mins down the road (towards jixiang street). It quote about 250yuan per nights, but with better service and facilities. Tour enquries at reception.
