  If you are visiting Sanya for the first time and want to live like locals, I think “Four Points by Sheraton Sanya” will be your best choice.
  
  This hotel is located in Sanya Bay, close to the airport and the city centre. There is also a bus stop not far from the hotel, which can take you to any place. And the beach is on the opposite side of the hotel, you can walk there. You can enjoy the sunset here and watch the locals dance on the square in the evening. In addition, the nearby Phoenix Island also provides a beautiful light show.
  
  The “Four Points by Sheraton Sanya” not only has excellent geographical location, but also the vast majority of its rooms are facing the sea, standing on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful sea scenery. There is an open lounge on the top floor. You can enjoy afternoon tea or beer with friends and enjoy the beauty of the city during the day or night.
  
  Such a big advantage, but the price of accommodation is very cheap, you may think I'm lying, but it’s true. For this reason, it attracted many guests. And the hotel also proves to everyone with excellent service that you have come to the right place.

• The place to stay on Sanya Bay

  If you are looking to stay on the Sanya Bay side of Sanya and want to be right in the city of Sanya, then nothing can beat Four Points by Sheraton. It's a classy place right across the street from the beach, steps from Haiyue Square, which could be said to be the heart of the Sanya Bay side of Sanya.
  
  This hotel has all the amenities you would expect in an upscale hotel, including a weight room and spa. The restaurants include Chinese, Japanese, and a sumptuous buffet. There are lots of restaurants in the area, including a KFC and Pizza Hut around the corner.
  
  My wife and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience. The room was really nice and we had wonderful views of Sanya Bay. I can't think of anything negative to say about the place.

• Great location, Nice rooms

  I liked this hotel I have stayed here 4 times... but I have some challenges with it.
  Its located in the heart of Sanya bay. Sanya bay is not clean to swim in (even though many do ) you can dip your feet to your knees but swimming noway !
  So I rely on my hotel pool for my water time. with hundreds of rooms, they have only 11 loungers !!!! 8 of them in the shade under trees ?? The smart people would go down early and drop towels and a bock and piece of clothing on the premium chairs and go shopping and come back in the afternoon to those chairs. If want sun... don't stay here.

If you are more interested in feeling the urban life and the convenient access to the beach, then this is the best option.
