  Stayed in a Garden view Villa it was so comfortable I didnt want to come home. A big thank you to Marry Q (house keeping) she was absolutely amazing. It was a delight to open the door each morning to see her friendly smile, couldn't do enough for me. Also want to mention the following:
  Richard Gao GM (fellow Brit) was very approachable and had a natter with him on a couple of occasions. Helen He front desk manager was very helpful and at one point escorted me to the Chinese restaurant to assist me in ordering lunch. Rachael front desk very friendly and helpful, Lucky, Chinese restaurant manager so friendly and even helped me to extract the lobster meat from its shell. Jessica Western restaurant/lobby lounge manager also so friendly and very helpful, and finally Yuri the waitress in the lobby lounge, huge smile and friendly nature. The fact I got to know the staff by first names shows the true character of the Conrad Sanya. In my opinion It doesn't matter how luxurious the hotel is, if the staff are miserable then you want enjoy.The one feature that strikes you when you enter the hotel is the wonderful garden, other trip advisor reviewers have also mentioned this it is truly a delight to walk around. I thought the Villa I stayed in was very good value for money, it was cleaned immaculately each day, the pool was so refreshing to dip into on a hot day. The Beach was clean and not crowded unlike some beaches in Thailand, the restaurants were above average, and I particularly enjoyed the Philippine band that couldn't stop smiling (thanks Ariz). Planning to go back in September as the Conrad ticks all the boxes for a relaxing luxurious holiday.

  Our first vacation to Hainan Sanya, the hotel is superb. Nice amenities, room is big and clean, my son love the bath tub and private pool. The beach is also nice and hotel staffs are helpful. The hotel is better Big that you need buggy to bring you around. Nice

  Ideally located with a beautiful beach and professional courteous staff. Beautiful comfortable villas and great breakfast. Also within close proximity to the Duty Free Mall and guests of Conrad enjoy an extra 5% discount off designer brands such as Gucci, Prada, etc.
