  Very good Resort, the room has wonderful sea view and is very near the airport, nearby the scenic spots are also quite many, Suitable for our holiday to stay, the hotel has the duty-free shop shuttle bus, the breakfast variety is more comprehensive, likes the Dan Jia restaurant, thanks the concierge Xiao Peng and Wang Long to provide the thoughtful service, next time also comes to stay.

  My 1st meal at my request for a full vegetarian fried rice at RMB 92 was a shocker! The resto staff and chef in question needs a reminder. Also the polishing of the marble floor at B1 during breakfast hour was really something I don't understand why the hotel management didn't realize. They could do it at other times.
  The segregation for members area during breakfast is a good idea for now.
  However I spent my 2nd evening at the lobby bar with the 3 waitresses made my stay unforgettable. Think their names are Cherry, Chris and Jane. They really made an effort to make my stay a happy one. Good job!
  Hope Crowne Plaza can improves and reward accordingly. Look forward to my next stay.

  I was informed by the taxi driver that this was an old hotel and changed its ownership. Looks like it is more than 10 years old hotel. Dirty old carpet, stain on the wall, unevenly painted wall, unpleasant smell in the room.
  
  Location: just cross the street then you can reach the beach. On the other hand, you can't go anywhere without taxi. Unless if you don't mind walking 6-8km to the city center.

  Just spent nine wonderful days at Crowne Plaza Resort in Sanya, China. Very hot and humid. Stayed in a suite, couldn't been any nicer!!! The beach is small but clean. My only complaint was the staffs English proficiency, they tried very hard , just not very successful.
