  As a frequent traveler I always look forward to my stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful, this makes a big difference when you are away from your family for business. During the summer months you cant beat the BBQ for dinner, its fantastic.

• Very good hotel

  This is my fifth visit to the hotel.
  The hotel is beautiful and clean.
  Clean an spacious rooms.
  Breakfast is reach and varied.
  The hotel is perfect except two things:
  Regularly near the elevators have a bad smell.
  The noise of closing doors from nearby rooms wakes me up.

  I am based in Shanghai and need to travel frequently to the Qingdao Jiaozhou area for work. The staff at the Sheraton Qingdao Jiaozhou Hotel "know me". The small details truly make a difference. My 05:30am departure is always met with a to-go breakfast for my journey (even without asking) The staff at the Club Lounge have my preferred cocktail waiting for me at happy hour. The Platinum upgrade to the gigantic suite is automatic. The elaborate breakfast buffet spread is (for me) highlighted by the omelette dude already knowing that I like mine as a vegetarian omelette, well-done with a bit of spice.
  It is literally the attention to these "details" that make my travel less painful.
  
  Thanks especially to Mr. Harry Thomas Melchior, who must have a twin, as he is "everywhere at all times" at this property - coaching and motivating the staff behind the scenes.

• Good hotel good helpful staff

  Stayed 4 nights in January when it was super cold outside.
  The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and speak sufficient English. Generally all staff we encountered try their best to be helpful and courteous.
  
  The rooms are spacious, bath and closets are all good. Everything is spotless clean. Really good breakfast spread with food to satisfy anyone, wide selection.
  
  The AC controls in the rooms don't seem to work very well. It got really warm in our room even when the controls was set at 16 DegC. I did'nt raise it with the staff as it was not a big issue, outside it was -13DegC.
  
  The security system on the lifts is annoying.
  
  Other than these small issues a good hotel to stay.
