Very good hotel had no issues with AC

The previous issues i had seems was fixed. Service was great the room was large nice and clean. The bed was comfortable the shower had good pressure the service of the executive lounge was good and concierge did a decent job. And the staff speak English well. And had no issues with the AC it might be it depends which side of the building the room is if it is facing the sun or the other side.

Most of all, staff at the hotel are super nice and friendly. Club lounge has great staff like Amanda Wang. Breakfast at the lounge is much quieter, even though it has fewer selections. Great people!

The lounge offers good quality food and great high speed wifi that is able to surf Google, YouTube, and other sites that you wouldn't normally be able to visit. Alice from the lounge gives exceptionally outstanding service and is a pleasure to strike a casual conversation with. Joanna is another wonderful young lady who is very polite and is always there to happily tend to your every request. If you are able to access this club lounge on the 21st floor, then I highly recommend a relaxing meal with a great view of outside, refreshments, and splendid service!
