• Spacious apartment in a central location

  I have stayed in this service apartment about once a year for the past three years. In the most recent visit last month, I noticed that the quality of the rooms were beginning to deteriorate. This was also my experience when I lived in an apartment in Qingdao in the past for four years. The constructors did not use the best materials for the buildings, and items became worn out after 3-4 years. In compensation for the quality, the rooms are very spacious, the beds very large, and there is a sofa for sitting. The desk is very small and narrow, just wide enough to accomodate a laptop. The baoth room is very spacious, but the temperature of the water in the shower was only luje warm. There is a washing machine, small refrigerator and countertop. Repair service was slow. Two of the light bulbs needed replacement the night I moved it. It took three days for them to replace them. The location is central. Next to it is a large shopping mall with a very large supermarket and multiple resturants. Within 5 minutes walk is a bub of bus lines. It will be even more convenient when the subway station across the street opens in 2018.

  I stayed in this aparment suite twice this December. The apartment is extremely well located near the Olympic Sailing Center. It has two large shopping plazas within 5-15 minutes walk, complete with shops and many resturants and fast food. The apartments are spacious, clean, pleasantly furnished and complete with TV, dish washer, refrigerator, cooking top, wifi and large closet space. The toilet and shower are pleasant and clean. There is cleaning service everyday with new towels and other essentials. The staff are extremely helpful. Within muntes walk are bus stops and also a center for making fight and train reservations. I have stayed in the past in the Intercontinental and the Flying Nagation Hotels nearby. I would still prefer this apartment rental next time I visit Qingdao.

  We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 kids. I think for the price you get good value, but do not expect the usual 4 or 5 star luxuries.
  Its an apartment hotel, so there are no usual hotel services like room service, gym, front desk, etc. But the room was spacious and clean, towels and toiletries are provided. Our room had a king bed and bunk bed for the kids. There is a kitchenette but no kitchen tools are available.
  Location is very central, and there are restaurants and coffee shops close by to have breakfast or a meal.
  Overall very good value, especially if you compare it to the alternative of booking two rooms in a 4/5 str hotel, which would have easily cost us 3 or 4 times. We would come back.

  交通很方便，距离奥帆中心走路10分钟，附近有很多商场和餐厅。旁边就有著名的吕氏疙瘩汤餐厅。
  房间也不错，性价比超高，公寓式酒店，有很多套房可选，适合家庭旅游。
  酒店每天都提供卫生服务，还送矿泉水，房间有wifi和网络电视。

  这个酒店真是太棒了！！我们无意在携程网上发现了，当时看没有许多点评，感觉不是很放心，但是去了以后，我们真是震撼了。首先房间是套房，外面是客厅，里面是卧室，有浴缸，躺在浴缸里可以看海（哈哈要拉下窗帘的否则会曝光的！），房间很干净没有任何卫生死角，工作人员很热情，很热情的，给我们提供了各种帮助！相比同档次的酒店性价比太高了！强烈推荐！
