Gold Coast, Australia | Aug 19, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessHotel room is reasonable good size and cleaniness. However, hotel staff service at concierge and restaurants receiption are pretty pool. Espeically restaurants staff has very little expenerience in servicing, food is pretty good.

The bathtub was great to soak in at the end of the day and the breakfast buffet was good as well. The best part was the view of the city all lit-up at night from my hotel room (on the 25th floor), simply spectacular. Would recommend! Only comment is that I had to print some documents from work and got charged 64 RMB (~$10 USD) for about 20 pages...though that was a bit on the expensive side

Jul 29, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyThe hotel is by the sea and not far from the metro station. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The club view is great,you can see the whole beach from the roof terrace. Although the hotel is fully booked these days, I had to say the club stuff Summer,Leon, are so nice. The club offers Voss water as a secret menu.
