I had stayed there for 2 nights. I find the place impeccably clean and staff very courteous and helpful. Mr Vincent in F&B was extremely helpful. I was working till 0330 and decided to take a nap before checking out at 0530 Hrs. I had just casually mentioned it to the reception staff about my departure flight timings. Since the did not see me checking out till 0530 they called me and ensured that a cab was ready and I need to leave in 30 minutes to catch my flight on time. They also called the duty manager of Cathay and informed her and ensured that my online check in is confirmed. They only had my passport and onward flight carrier details. This is what I call going beyond expectations. Kudos to the entire staff and in particular the front office and Mr. Vincent. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to everyone.

I stayed for 3 day business trip. As I always came back hotel late night, had spent time at Lobby Lounge. Good selections of food. House beer is good. Live Band playing very good performance. The girl can play guitar! These couple are very entertaining. Staff at the frontdesk are very friendly and helped me all through out. Very good service. In general, I had a great stay. Will definitely check again.

Location is great as it is next to the airport

Breakfast is absolutely awful
Food at the hotel is very very bad
No service to pick you up at the airport , reason hotel is busy.
