For me there is something missing when you stay in this type of hotel. It would be rude to call it soulless because the staff try so hard, but the standardised nature of 5* chains doesn't excite. Honestly, for 1200¥ a night I would have expected a bigger room. Maybe you get a little greedy when you are not paying? Breakfast was great though, proper crispy bacon!

Jakarta, Indonesia | May 21, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyHotel location is good nearby Supermarket (by 3 mins walk) & Shopping mall (by taxi around 10 mins / 30 mins by walk). Room size is ok, but furniture & carpet are very old with smell ( I stay 3 nights, 2 rooms with my partners at 9/F)
Housekeeping, Concierge & Duty Manager/Guest Service staff are very helpful & friendly.
One thing I would like to highlight is the wechart QR code, make me easy to communication with staff if I need any assistance.
