    Superior hotel & suites. Nice western buffet in Cafe Pacifica with many choices. Very friendly staff and many thanks to room-mates for high professionalism. Travelling in China for a long time, one of the best hotels I have visited.

    Had two nights here as part of a business conference visit and it is fair to say it is palatial with huge rooms that are very well appointed.
    Staff were very attentive and helpful and airport transfers were excellent.
    Cannot fault the place

    This is the third time I felt compelled give a quick comment about this hotel. I unfortunately have over 150 work related hotel stays in a year. Of those 150 plus nights, a majority are 5 star hotels and I can honestly say I enjoy my stay at the Pan Pacific the most. Staff and Management are excellent and I have to single out one of the managers again but Yuki is brilliant at what she does. A rare personality who enhances your day and is always at the top of her game. Amazing service with a smile,

    Also if you have a chance, have breakfast on the 17th floor. To be greeted with a big smile and a good morning together with great food is amazing. Just ask for Cynthia and/or Joy and your morning will be better than it was.

    Hotel was very professional and staff helpful in most areas, at times English was challenging
    rooms themselves had great views and very clean, serviced early in the morning.
