  Wow, increadible sceneries. Terrific pools and relaxed organisation. the "but" is in this case that there are not so many people who speak English. In weekend they use this resort as a public swimming pool. The place was crowded. However in weekdays it is calm and relaxed.I was the third foreigner this year...

  During the Spring Festival Holiday, we, together with my friends' family, stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is located the lake side with beautiful lake and garden view, and the room is quite spacious with modern facility. You may find child slipper and tooth kid in the room, so considerate, very good!
  Because of the national holiday, the hotel was fully occupied by the customers. I queued for over half and hour to get checked in, and I even can not find a table for the breakfast due to the crowd. But the management of the hotel was doing their best to satisfy the customer and leave the best experience as possible.
  Since it is not far from Shanghai, about 3 hours' drive, I think it will a choice for summer holiday.

  Stayed here while attending a business conference. It is about two hours out of Shanghai in the outskirts of Ningbo, but a world away. The Jiu Long Lake area is as nice as Hangzhou but without the crowds. The hotel is large with amenities for business meetings. The lobby is large and has a bar with reasonable service. The restaurant downstairs is just adequate for anything other than the well run morning breakfast with countless offerings. Sure to satisfy any palate. One level lower, you will find a spa with excellent services. The staff are super friendly but english is a bit challenging for almost all staff I met. So you will need to be patient if thats all you know. The rooms are large and functional. I had a business suite and it was more than adequate. Mine was lake front and well worth the view in the morning. My pet peeve is finding mold in showers in fine hotels and this was a big let down here -management should work on cleaning staff protocols. All in all a pleasant stay - check out the surrounding area with walks, you will find the tranquil tea growing hilly area pleasant.

  Our company organized a getaway at this hotel for the entire staff. This was by far the most memorable work stay in recent memory. The grounds and the setting were literally a breath of fresh air given our polluted environment in Shanghai. The rooms were spacious, with a tub overlooking the lake and soft beds. The indoor swimming people was large enough for a whole swimming. Perfect lap pools for the aficionado. Out door swimming pool was too shallow and interesting mostly for children and the many Chinese clients who cannot swim.Company meals were generous and the variety was satisfactory enough for all palates.
  
  Staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

  The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The room was trendy with a soaking tub and lounge chair overlooking the terrace with mountain views. The lobby lounge area was very nice and overall service was good. Breakfast was fair, there were not many western options. Nobody in the hotel spoke english. Internet was unacceptable, spotty service and could not load even the most simple web page. I tried to get better internet service in the lobby but that was unsuccessful.
