  I recently attended a wedding at this Hotel. The Hotel Property was beautiful and well taken care of. We were served a 25 Course Luncheon for the Wedding Celebration. The food was excellent and service was great!

  This resort outside Ningbo is just beautiful. We spent one night there but could easily have spent another one or two nights. As expected at all Hyatt properties staff were outstanding. The location on the lake is magical and the grounds are well kept. We sailed on the lake in the hotel's traditional boat which was magical with the mountain backdrop.
  I used the spa and had one of the best treatments I have experienced. There was a huge spread at breakfast. The cooking and service at their Seafood House was of the highest standard. Delicious food. The resort is off the beaten track but if you are in the area it is well worth a visit. If you only have one night check in early in the day to make the most of your time there.

  A perfect resort in a peaceful and very nice surroundings and greenery. Nice staff and great facilities. Great support during the entire stay for my daughters wedding. 50 guests from Norway left after a 2 days visit wit memories for life. Thank you.

• Lakeside resort hotel

  This is a beautiful hotel on the lakeside, it took us about 40 min car ride from the airport to the hotel. Tongqian Lake is larger than the West Lake in Hangzhou and there are a few major hotels around the lake. We chose Park Hyatt as we are old and loyal customers of the Hyatt chain which seldom disappoint us. There are no restaurants nearby so we were captive guests for every meals of the time we were there. Jeffrey at the receptionist helped us sorted out the breakfast issues for which we appreciated.
  Our room was large with wonderful view of the lake. Nice separate toilet area with automatic TOTO brand and a large tub area. Shower area is a bit weird with wooden planks which accumulated water from time to time. Our bed was on the hard side, not up to the Park Hyatt standard. Day beds near window was wonderful for sitting around looking at the lake view. USB chargers everywhere and internet speed was fast and efficient.
  Breakfast was one of the best we have had in China. Although there weren't many choices but whatever they had, they were of high quality. Fresh squeezed juices, freshly baked bread and stone oven Chinese pancake made outside the cafe, local and western selections kept us going back for more.
  Chinese restaurant was also fantastic in its food quality, service and decor. Tina and her colleagues explained every item on the menu in detail and genuinely cared if the food was up to our liking. Although price was on the high side by Ningbo standard, we thought it was worth every dollar.
  The bar lounge in a separate red house was not to miss, we had a bottle of German Riesling and truly enjoyed it with live performance of Chinese opera. A golf cart took us from main building to everywhere on the hotel compound. There are so many trees and plants all around the hotel and lake Tongqiang is adjacent to west wing of the hotel, we had a nice walks after each meal and it was very pleasant although air quality can be questionable from time to time.
  Staying at Park Hyatt Tongqianhu was truly was nice holiday for us, wish they upgrade the beds the next time we visit.
