Oslo, Norway | Nov 2, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessHave been at this hotel several time ,but know I think it is time for some upgrades. The hotel space it’s very big, and very empty . Feel a lttle bit spooky. The room ( executive) room have good space , but the interior is very old fashion.
The bed is good , and we was also using the lounge and the service there was good. But I think next time will go for a more modern hotel.

Being a timeless, upscale pioneer in the hospitality industry, Sheraton has never stopped evolving for the future while remaining authentic to our roots. As part of the brand reviving effort, the new visual identity is now published and infusing a new concept into our lobby design. Something similar to "we work", if you would like to put it simple. This concept will be implemented at the next renovation, now scheduled to take place in the latter part of 2020. At the acknowledgement of a timely renovation for a 5-star property being essential, we do believe that it is the service and people that makes a good difference for a hotel from its peers. We do hope that the hotel's current looking would not dampen your confidence in staying with us. As you will shortly find out that, the hotel, as you expect it, will soon show up.

Las Vegas, Nevada | Oct 30, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThis property is great for its value. It is centrally located in the old part of Ningbo. Easy to access (via taxi) to all locations. But it has some walking distance for Subway, The property is old but nicely keep. FB is not awsome but acceptable! However, the front desk service was great! I would like to thank one special hotel staff- CiCi Lv- she was on duty on the afternoon of Oct 19th. I remember that afternoon's weather was veyr nice and I had few hours in between meetings and would like to see a local attraction site. It was between the "MUST SEE" old private library or a modern local history museum. CiCi suggest go to the museum as she thinks it might be a better choice and she also suggest numbers of places to go for local foods. She even show me step by step on how to get there and how to come back! I did as she suggested and I had a great time that day. It was a great day there. I would like to thank CiCi Lv for her professional suggesiton and also her friendly big smile. I will go back to see her soon!
