  Great value for money and excellent location. The breakfast buffet is a bit expensive but very good. Really recommend!
  We found the hotel entrance a bit weird since it's designed basically for cars only. BTW, pay attention on your arrival since it can be easy to miss when walking on the street.

  I had high hopes for this hotel based on the positive reviews. However, the young staff seem more interested in appearing to be cool than helpful and friendly. The guy who showed us to our room insisted the bellman squeeze on with our luggage rather than take another elevator like other hotels. The room had very stained carpeting and the bathroom sink had a ring of mildew around it. Not what I would give a four star rating for. Not even the customary extra roll of toilet paper.
  We had dinner in the Natural Taste Restaurant off their lobby. Mixed reviews here too. Staff was not attentive and never asked if we needed a refill of tea or if everything was to our liking. Two dishes were very good and the other three were just ok. In short, dine here if you are tired and just want to eat and go to sleep.
  One very strange thing is the so called fitness center and pool are not open till 2PM and close at 9 PM!! They will open either for you during off hrs but it was a federal production it seemed.

  This hotel is in a good location however it was really hard to find given that it is in the heart of the city. The signage is poor and the front entrance is not obvious. Hence I walked right passed it a couple of times. I was a little early and so I could not check into my room right away but I did receive a voucher to enjoy "high tea". The only problem with that gesture is I got a cup of black tea but not "high tea" as described by the voucher. I waited for some time for pastries and the gentleman server in the restaurant was not what I would call "friendly".
  The room was nicely decorated and good for the price point. So there was definite value there. The downside is that it was quite noisy - so some soundproofing would be great.
  Breakfast was good - a nice selection from the buffet.
  All in all, it was a pleasant stay however because I have had better service in the city, I can only rate this stay as average.

  This hotel is as the name suggests, it is central. The metro is opposite and is the junction of probably the 2 main lines. Shopping malls are also in the immediate area and restaurants abound.
  The Presidential Palace is an easy walk and the Massacre Memorial Museum a few Metro stops away. The hotel staff are eager to please. No complaints there. The rooms are comfortable although there are shortcomings with at least some. I have stayed there twice and one of those times the room was ultra modern however there was no blockout on the drapes so the room became light at dawn and with an east facing window on a sunny morning the room became hot very quickly. It seemed that either the air conditioning couldn't cope or it wasn't working properly. Also there was no towel rail or hooks in the bathroom and no handles or finger grips on the sliding doors. The other time I stayed the room did not have those shortcomings and was very good. Breakfast is Western or Asian and is excellent. No wifi in room but has wired internet connection which in my opinion is more reliable anyway

  The hotel staff were excellent. They were very helpful and provided us with tourist maps and directions. The young man in charge of the pool was very kind - he made tea for us to enjoy after our swim. The breakfast was very good with many dishes to choose from.Our room was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. The location was excellent. We walked to places and also used the metro.
