  Returning two years after my last visit, I was very pleased to see that standards have been maintained. Commonly in China hotels deteriorate rapidly , but the Pullman hasn't. Spacious rooms, clean, good breakfast, and reasonable buffet. (If you like that sort of thing). The only frustration was the wifi that proved very difficult to connect to any websites outside of China. Greater difficulty than usual.

  this was my second stay there , it was good and bad in same moment , check in was good and fast,room big and more or less clean ,had some complains which the hotel accepted and reacted on it, food in restaurant is average , always same ! rosmarin potatoes,deep fried pork,chicken nuggets,vegetables are pale, salat sauces are not fresh ,tryed out on the edges,chefs not reacting ,only when i complained loudly than they changed
  if GM is on duty and always arround them everthing is good but if he id off duty nothing is well managed
  if the cat is out of the house the rats have partytime

  So modern and meantime traditional hotel! Gorgeus location with huge and modern rooms, everything was perfect, discret and nice staff, so many dishes, as western and chinese as well!
  Very well located, cole to downtown with good connection for any direction.

  I have had the pleasure of again staying at the Pullman Linyi (3rd visit). Again the team lead by Sergio made my stay at the hotel good. The Resturant staff ( especially Lisa) made a great effort to practice their English. They are friendly but unobtrusive, they even remembered my name from my last visit.
  It makes a tough trip tolerable when you can come back after work to a hotel that makes you feel like a friend.
  Sergio thanks again to you and your team.
  I am not sure when I will be back but I will remember this hotel for all the right reasons.

  This was my second visit to the Pullman Linyi. As per my previous visit I was not disappointed by the quality of the hotel. From the collection at the airport ( arranged in advance) to the service at my departure, the level of service was 5*. The room was spacious and the air conditioning cooled the room to a comfortable 23 deg C even though it was hot and humid outside. The friendliness of all the staff from the cleaners to the hotel General Manager is exemplary and much appreciated by a lone business traveller. The food in the Resturant is varied and of good quality. If you want to eat western food there is plenty of choice, if you want to sample the local delicacies they are abundant as well. The hotel has a good sized pool and gym, neither of which were busy during my visit and were spotlessly clean.
  Sergio, your hotel and team are a credit to you as General Manager. I look forward to my next visit to your hotel.
