  Spent two nights here. Friday & Sunday Nights. Spent Saturday on top of the Yellow Mountain. Roughly 45 minute drive to the base from the hotel. Saturday morning breakfast is crazy. Super busy. If the hotel is busy, I would go early to beat the crowds. Breakfast is a 3/5 rating. Service of the hotel is good. They go out of their way to serve you. Modern clean rooms. WIFI is decent, yet there seems to be extra security delay for some sites? Could be a regional thing? After driving around town, I would think this is your best option when looking for a comfortable stay. The restaurant for dinner on the main floor is adequate. Sleep was good. I left my main luggage on the Saturday at the hotel to hike the mountain. No issues when I came back a day later. Based on the area, I am giving this hotel 5 star.

  Nice modern hotel near Tunxi part of the city (less than 10 RMB to Tunxi old street and restaurants).
  The rooms were very nice but for the first time ever in a crowne plaza i could hear the tv in the room next door which as they had on most of the night. Lovely bath which is great after a day in the mountains.
  The breakfast was a disaster the first morning we went just after 7.30 and everything i picked up on a western choice was cold, sausage, potatoes tomatoes you name it it wasn't even vaguely warm...and this has been fed back by many previous guests on here so i dont know why it is still a a problem.
  our second night we ate in the western buffet, should have learnt my lesson from breakfast, cold food, far too many choices but none of them well delivered. The following night had dinner in the chinese restaurant which was so much better with great food (plenty of choices) and cheaper than the buffet!!
  Great pool area and a nice bar and i have to mention her the most amazing member of staff who helped us find a great restaurant and a great spa in town, her name is scarlett and I have to say is one of if not the best experience i have had in china in terms of customer service. A great ambassador for the hotel and for the brand.

  I stayed here on either side of staying for 6 nights at the Daoist village of Qiyunshan (which is worth a visit). The hotel room was large with a comfortable bed - quiet that permitted a good sleep, and good wife service. The pool was, as others say, excellent, and I found the gym equipment to be in good condition with a good variety of machines and weights. Though I did not use it there was a free shuttle bus to the town centre. Staff were friendly and a good range of breakfast things. I later stayed at the Crowne Plaza at Heathrow - no comparison - this one in Huangshan is a higher league altogether!

  The hotel is conveniently located in Huanshan with connection to the airport. Good sized rooms, gym and pool on the 10th floor offer good options to make it a perfect stay. Wifi for free and non smoker rooms are available. The breakfast is superb.

  It's a typical Chinese hotel - huge building, below average service, terrible breakfast. Air condition doesn't work well, toilets don't flush, hot water needs to be waited for 15 minutes. However it seems to be the best option if you want to explore the Hangshan region.
