When I was bored by the terrible traffic in the area, I could find my peaceful mood in the hotel. Hilton nears the railway station, it is actually convenient.

Pleasant and wonderful stay at the Hilton Hefei Hotel

Chicago, Illinois | May 31, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travelThis was my 2nd stay at this Hilton hotel in Hefei and this time I stayed for 6 nights.
Overall, as expected, I had a great time and Hilton Hefei delivered its exemplary and super customer services. However I like to highlight a few first hand experiences for my stay….
1) On the day I arrived, Andy from the concierge desk met me at the Hefei Railway Station exit gate and he is a charming, warm and energetic young man. The Hilton shuttle bus took me to the hotel. On the way to the hotel, both the driver and Andy talked about their wonderful city excitedly, and the many changes since I visited last time in October 2014, all of these made me feel like home again.
2) At the check in desk, Mr. Steve Chen, the front office manager met and welcomed me. He upgraded my room to a suite (sweet and THANKS!). The check in process was fast, professional and effortless. After I stepped into my suite, right on the desk was a personal welcome card from Mr. Danny Yeo, the general manager of the hotel, such a sweet and pleasantly surprise!
3) During my stay, I ran into Mr. Yeo several times, and we had some very pleasant conversations. He welcomed me to the hotel again and hoped that I will come back soon. As a Marriott Gold and Hilton Gold member, I have stayed in many Marriott and Hilton hotels in lots of places; rarely I had “run into” their general managers and chatted about their hotels.
4) On the day I departed, I had to check out around 6 AM. The staff at the Sens restaurant opened it earlier so I can quickly grab something to eat, which is greatly appreciated!
I will come back to this great Hilton hotel again and highly recommend my friends stay there when visiting Hefei. Thanks to Mr. Yeo, Mr. Chen and their team for providing the 1st rated customer services!
