    Conveniently located for the city, 15-20m walk from West Lake or 5-10m taxi. The rooms were standard, comfy bed, reasonable size & clean. They look out over the city which isn't the best view. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with both western & Asian options (cereals, breads, egg station & noodles etc). Taxi organised by the hotel to the airport is 500RMB but if you use a meter taxi it's only 150RMB.

    Excellent staff, nice facility for staying. Not much happening around this location. Rooms very clean and comfortable. I stayed for several nights visiting a company in Hangzhou. I will stay here in the future.

    I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard Qianjiang in Hangzhou. The hotel is 15 months old, the rooms are modern and very well fitted out. The exec lounge is also very good serving a good breakfast and supper. It is located next to the new MTR Line 4 so it is easy to get to the scenic West lake world heritage area. The only weakness is that most staff have limited English but my 'go to' man, Ryan Shen has very good English, and was extremely helpful arranging the various things I needed. I really enjoyed my stay.

    I have been staying in JW Marriott Hangzhou and this particular Marriott Courtyard for numerous times already. For the price tag alone, I found the hardware and software are both execeptionally delivered. The room is really modern and clean, the bed and pillow offering are generous. The bathroom is excellent and clean that nothing can be fouled off. Fitness centre opened 24 hours and it is substaniate with various fitness equipment which I found it to be quite extravagant for a business alike hotel.
    Free internet and the wifi connection is ok.
    The only thing I can complain is their breakfast, the varieties and quality are just below average compare to the Shanghai Marriott Courtyard...

    Amazing property. Lovely design. I wouldn't mind living here full time. Rooms are perfectly laid out and overall, the hotel layout is 100% perfect. For a brand new hotel I found a few things interesting. Firstly, the room windows do not have automatic shades, but the bathroom window do. Also, the hotel uses the old fashioned swipe cards as room keys, not the tap cards.
    Bed is just right.
    Food is an embarrassment. The breakfast has much more Chinese options than western and the western food is mostly bad. Everything is mislabeled. The breads are not fresh. The pastries taste like store bought. The balsamic salad dressing had no balsamic, instead had soy. Etc etc. The happy hour in the club lounge was similar.
    Service is super friendly throughout. The staff seemed a bit under trained and we're often a bit in your face. The staff in the lounge are amazing. Not enough English by the staff which made me waste a day in a fancy mall when I asked the concierge where the markets were.
    Downstairs there is a courtyard with some shops and restaurants. There is a small Italian pizza shop with an epic Italian pizza. Great prices. There is also some juice bars, Asian food and a convenience store.
    The hotel is close to the lake but has no view of it.
    Overall I was very satisfied with the value they offer.
