  I stayed here for 3 days for my business trip. The room/building/facilities are a bit old. And it was difficult to communicate since none of the staff spoke good English. Bath towels and linens seems fresh but since there was no adequate lighting in the room, you can hardly see. The bathtub do not look as clean as well.
  Breakfast was buffet and was ok.

  Stayed in the best room available, which I believe was called a "prince room". The room cost about 40 Euros per night.
  The hotel is definitely no frills. The staff speak limited English, but enough to check in and out. The breakfast is not great and if you choose to have dinner here, expect slow service and very limited English comprehension.
  The location is not a good one for leisure travelers. Depending on the traffic it is about 30 minutes to West lake, a taxi costing about 30RMB (3 euros) to get there. As it is located in Binjiang's high tech development zone, it is quite far from all the attractions in Hangzhou.
  On the plus side, Binjiang is much quieter than downtown Hangzhou, and one can walk 15 minutes to walk along the river which is nice in the evening. From the hotel to the airport located in Xiao Shan is about 45 minutes and the taxi costs about 70RMB. A taxi from the airport to downtown would take a bit longer and cost about 100RMB and up. Taxi to the railway station would take about 20-25 minutes and cost about 25RMB.
  All in all the hotel is a good choice for business travelers on a budget who either wish to be away from the downtown or are doing business in Binjiang. The hotel however is a little old and several newer hotels have opened recently which are considerably better, examples being the Days Inn hotel and the Ramada hotel. In China this is considered a 4 star hotel, internationally it would probably classify as a 3.

  龙禧酒店位于杭州滨江区，酒店大楼的外观还算好，但酒店房间的内部环境简直太差了，前台的服务也很差。房间内部装修太旧了，壁纸和踢脚线大量的起皮，空调噪音极大，电视还是老式的显像管的，卫浴用品的种类少，质量也很差。普通房间价格200多，套间400多，很不好的体验

  This is a hotel with a four star range of high building.When I arrived with 3 bagguge at the gate, there was no valet service, the lobby manager had topush a cart to me, ater a valet appeared, I want to change some curency, there was no change service, I had to go to the China Bank, to fill 2 pieces of formular, waited over half an hour to get sone RMB,I was shocked, when I went in my room, the walpaperwrer falling apart, on the wall are stained with some indefinable dirt, the carpet was beige,but now it is all grey, the bath tub is full of mould, the bedclothes are grey.The air conditionercould not be regulated, we had very cold air,my son had a cold.i called the receiption dest, got a room changed without bathtub as i wished, it is a so small shower room.The food in the hotel are not tasty, breakfast has not service, the staff just standinding around, the table are not cleaned, all covered with the leftovers from another guast, I stayed here four days, they didn't give me a coffee spoon,I have to stir my coffee with chopsticks, on the fourth day I asked for a coffee spoon, the waitress was angry, she said she has none, I should use chinese soup spoon, it is no difference, I was then furious.All the tablewear have at least one hole.
