  ITベンチャー企業が入居する雑居ビルまで徒歩圏内であり、そこでビジネスがある場合の立地は大変良いです。フロントは日本語は全く通じず、英語もやっとこさ通じるレベルでしたが、最低限のチェックイン、チェックアウトくらいは問題なくできました。フロントで両替を御願いしましたが、日本円が対応していないのか何なのか理由は理解できませんでしたが、できませんでした。銀行がすぐ近くにあるので特に問題ありませんかとおもいます。部屋は広く快適でした。

  办理入住的时候看到一个貌似是浙江的住客因为停车的问题在前台停留半天，唧唧歪歪神烦，挺耽误事的，太影响第一印象了。但是房间够大，可别说停车场的空间用来增加客房了。

  Room size is okay, and sleep quality is good. But mention that the bathroom is made by glass it means you can see the guy do everything in it. And the room we got is facing a building which is just about 10 meter from us it means you have totally no view at all.
  Location is just fair, far from the lake and the center(15 minutes bus), at night, it's quiet, but hard to find store if you want to get a soda or something. Don't try to use the bike to the lake but a bus will be better( as I remeber, it's no direct bus to the lake).
  Price is just okay during we stay( Oct 2012), and reception is a little bit cool when we be there, but we got two mini mooncake in the first night(during the mid-autumn day). However, I should deserve more with that price.

  The room is well equipped with free internet service and spacious but the environment is too noise. The traffic flow just in front of the hotel causing nuisance the whole night through. The breakfast is highly disappointing. Everything is cold. Even the soya milk that does not require special skill to prepare has a smoky taste. The coffee is undrinkable like water. Only the egg, fruits, yohgurt (factory product) are edible. The hotel ought to think of installing a double glazing to reduce the noise and to improve its breakfast quality so as to add value to the hotel rather than wasting the good location.

• Bad housekeeping and poor ventilation

  We stayed 2 nites at this hotel in November, on the first nite we arrived late in the nite. When we checked in, the bedsheet was stained. Did not ask for housekepping to change as it was after mid night. The next day, we asked housekeeping to changed the stained bedsheet which they did immediately. However, we then found cigarette ashes by the window that was left over by the previous guests.
  The major problem of our entire stay was the air-conditional. They hotel keep switching off the central air-con, saying that they are responding to the state call to save electricty. The room was at 27degree all night and at times there was no air coming out of the ventilation. Conditions in the room were so tough that we couldn't sleep the whole night. Same thing happens on the 2nd nite.
  Very disappointing despite the decent looking renovation. Lift and rooms constantly full of cigratte smell. There was a complete lack of consideration for guest comfort.
