  Good location. Although this hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, it's at close proximity to many good restaurants. Very helpful and courteous staffs. Some of them speak a little English. If even they cannot, one can write in English and they'll reply back through their Chinese-English translator. From time to time we took their help writing addresses in Chinese because one requires it to show to the taxi driver. We booked one superior king bed. It was around 12'/12'. The room had a nice city view through window. AC power plugs are of AS/NZS 3112 (Type I, Australian type) style but the BS 546 3-pin (Type D & M, British type) converter is available in the reception on request. Good wifi speed. Wired connection is also available. They are having 24-hour front desk open, regular room service and a small but well enough utility shop adjacent to the reception. About cons, AC control panel was not working and the cooling speed was very slow. I think they had intentionally deactivated the control panel buttons to maintain cooling process centrally controlled. In a nutshell it's cheap, relaxing and value for money. Recommended...

  Stay here for a night to visit Hangzhou. 200m or 300m from nearest subway. However, for muslim, no halal food near the hotel. What is frustrating is that not only no one speak English at the travel desk in the lobby or the reception, wen we try to book the ticket for the Impression Show at West Lake, no one can help us although we try everything to communicate with them, even try to show the photo from the internet. Very frustrating. Room are good and quite large.

  This hotel offers great discount and operates the same way as Tune Hotel in Malaysia..You book a room but need to pay for towels,soap, hairdryer and air-conditioning.The room is big enough for a small family.The terrible thing is the central heating will only be switched on at 8:30pm each night during winter months.We were freezing when we get back to our room before 8:30pm.Security is okay here as you can only access the lift using the electronic key.This hotel is seriously for budget conscious travellers and those travelling with old folks are advised to avoid it especially during winter months.Front office staff are friendly though a bit young to man the counter.Across the street,you can find shops selling food.Getting to this hotel from the train station by taxi costs only RMB14.

  首先前台服务人员服务态度太差，拒绝帮客人协调问题，并拒接电话，总之就一句"不行""不可以，没办法"。客人付了怕不能按时到店的保证金，结果准时到了之后发现房型根本不能入住，协商更改房型，前台服务员坚决不同意，还推说预定网站不允许。大半夜被逼的没办法只能再掏钱重新开房。之后我们自己打电话到网站协商，人家网站一听这情况说，这是可以的，还说要帮忙和酒店协商。结果，结果，知道人家酒店说什么么？那边又和网站说，是客人自己说不要这个保证金了的，说客人说不差这点钱，人家认了。他们坚决不同意给退。你说有这么说话的么？还服务人员呢！也就是说他们总是以各种理由拒退客人之前付过的钱。总想多坑人家点钱。真没见过这种酒店。再也不要去住这家酒店了，去两次生两次气。保准住了就后悔！房间条件也不怎么样！真是给旅途上徒增烦恼和不快！

• Cheap and cosy hotel to stay overnight

  Very cheap, but not so good as his sister property in Shanghai. Standard room with windows, but very small and cosy. But, for 99 CNY per night, this quality is acceptable. At reception desk they don't speak English at all. But, actually, if your room prebooked, just show your passport and voucher. No communication requred.
  Next to reception you can find convenient store with some food, fruits, drinks.
  Hotel located oposit Bus Station, so here is few stops of local transport, but taxi is very cheap. From Hangzhou railway station it is only 12 CNY for taxi.
  Here is lots of noise from main road oposit this hotel.
  Spend a night here before going to the airport. Cheap and clean, but not comfortable stay. Very basic.
