Singapore | Jun 21, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThe staff at this hotel was accommodating and very friendly but spoke little English. They did go out of their way and called up a guy to translate for us. The rooms are rather small but the beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean

But the room is clean, and comes with a decent desktop for movie streaming or internet work. Note that it is not huge luggages friendly. There isn't any ramp to drag up or down, and no.potter services. Perhaps their target audience are light travellers?
Does not come with a bath tub, making bathing young infants more challenging. No in room safe, nor mini bar. But there is a supermart just across the street.
A nice 麻辣汤 is immediately next door, and its opened to 1am! I digressed...
The three bedded room has only one aircon, and even though it is very strong, the air doesnt seem to be able to reach the entire room but stuck in one area, making it very cold in one area and warm in another.
Hotel provides condoms in the room for a fee, and mineral drinks are not free. -
Easy Access to West Lake

Woodlands, null, Singapore | May 9, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getawayThe hotel is situated on the quiet side of Youth Road and it's an easy 10 minutes walk to West Lake. There is a mini-mart just opposite of the hotel for easy replenishment of drinking water and a few restaurants just down the road. The room given to us is facing the road so you do hear people talking especially in the morning.The corridor is very dark and I could hardly see the door knob to flesh the card to open the door. There's a kettle and cups in the room which are quite clean and good for coffee and tea. Shopping is just round the corner at Jiefang road for branded stuff and the ancient hangzhou street is also 10 mins walk away. The famous "Gui Yuan" Restaurant who is known for their noodles is also located at Jiefang road. There are newer hotels nearby so might be good to try others.

Singapore | Apr 1, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessHotel is conveniently located near Westlake and and Wushan Night Market. The train station is also 10-15min walk away as well. Room wise, we were offered the triple room on the first night since there was an oversight on our booking and their normal rooms are already fully booked. Poor impression on the triple room - poor lighting, noisy as it is located near the main road and rusting water boiler. However, the normal 2pax rooms were much better - clean and well-lighted. Just one point to dislike about - that there were always flyers and name cards offering sexual services being slotted into our rooms. Not sure if this is a norm but might not be suitable for those with kids. Nevertheless, it is still a stay that is value-for-money for the location convenience.

Singapore, Singapore | Dec 19, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyStayed in a family room. Excellent price. Clean huge rooms with 3 beds - 2 queens and a single. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Helpful staffs. Wifi is fast. 10 mins walk to Xi Hu and only 3 mins walk to subway station. Convenient shops and small eateries are just outside. Only downside is the bathroom's water pressure is too low.
