Good middle class hotel

Berikon | Aug 2, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesMiddle class hotel what is very centrally located and within walking distance to the old town (and the Westlake). If you travel to Shanghai by train, the railway station is just two metres away and very easily accessible through an underpass outside of the hotel. The hotel offer a good price for value, but the breakfast is predicated on the tastes of Chinese tourists and was a bit less appealing for us. The view was quite spectacular. If you stay there for a short stay, it might be your choice.

This hotel is about 5-10 min walk to train station. 20 min walk to He Fang street. Our room is nice & clean with comfortable bed, french window cable line and so on. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | May 30, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travelArrived late at the Hangzhou Main Train Station from Yiwu, and this hotel is just right at the opposite of the station. Check it with Rack Rate of RMB6000 but overall it was a pleasant stay.
Room was quite big and had full amenities.
Is just a distance walk to 西湖，very convenient. -

I got a spaceous room on the upper level. Very cool was that the window was ended on floor height. Very clean room with TV and computer. Bathroom very big. The breakfast offered a huge selection and was delicious. -

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | Feb 15, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesBooked this hotel via Ctrip for 298rmb stayed for a night in standard twin room. Taxi from HZ airport cost about 90rmb ( approx.40 min w/o traffic). As we only needed a few hours rest we chose this hotel for the morning highspeed train to shanghai. The walking distance to station about 15 minutes i would say(with luggage) - front of hotel turn left until u reach goethe hotel turn right then go down the underpass and follow the sign to the station. For highspeed train tickets, go to the window sales office and show your passport for purchase. There is a foreigner lane.
It was a 4 stars rating hotel but to me it's more like 3. Very dim lobby and smoky every where in the common area. Room was quite spacious, luckily the room is not too 'smoky' as previous review mentioned. Surprisingly clean and tidy. Wifi is available in room but very very slow. Did not try the breakfast as it was not included in the package. I cannot judge the english level of the staff as we communicated in chinese but the attitude was cold.
