  Πολύ καλή επιλογή, εξαιρετικά δωμάτια με πολύ άνετο στρώμα και μαξιλάρια.Όπως επίσης και το πάπλωμα ήταν φοβερό!Εξαιρετικές παροχές με πολύ άνετο μπάνιο και με ότι αξεσουάρ μπορούσες να χρειαστείς! Πρωινό μπουφέ πολύ πλούσιο, καθώς και ο χώρος του εστιατορίου πολύ όμορφος!

  Πολύ καλή επιλογή, εξαιρετικά προσεγμένα δωμάτια, με λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά, μαξιλάρια με επιλογή απαλότητας , καθώς και παπλώματα , διακόσμηση στα δωμάτια πολύ καλή , παροχές εξαιρετικές, μπάνια ανετα καθώς και τα αξεσουάρ του μπάνιου πολύς καλης ποιότητας. Πρωινό μπουφέ πολύ πλούσιο, καθώς και ο χώρος του εστιάτορίου για το πρωινό, εξαιρετικά.

• Decent Place to Stay

  A fairly decent hotel to stay, it's housed in a building behind Landison hotel. Reception is at 25th floor- no grand lobby, just a simple checkin desk.
  The breakfast is ok- most of the stuff is Chinese food for Local guests. Not too many staff can speak English.
  Location is a Big No no if you want to explore Hangzhou. Then you are better off near the West Lake area, although its just 2-3 Kms from the west lake but might take you 15 minutes by taxi due to traffic.
  Rooms are Good, Clean and the Linen is good as well.

• Good hotel but ...

  I stayed there for 3 nights last week. The hotel was nice, clean and modern. Good decoration. Good breakfast. Good location. There was 1 small but modern shopping mall beside the hotel, and 2 big department stores on the opposite side. It's close to lady fashion street as well (5 minutes walk). Walking to West Lake would take 20 minutes.
  Room size was big enough. However, we had a twin room but the bed size was small (4 feet in width). They could actually put in 2 x queen size beds and still had plenty of room space left. The room was facing a big street and therefore still very noisy even in 17th floor. Besides, the bed was too hard.
  One strange thing was that, the staffs did not allow us to take photos in the hotel. If they wanted free promotion, they should let their guests to take photos so that they could share with others.
  The staffs at the concierage were not helpful. We booked a taxi to the airport. When a taxi arrived at the hotel entrance, we were not sure whether or not the taxi was the one we had reserved. The staffs were not helping us at all. When we took our luggages to the taxi, they were just standing there. Some other hotel guests shouted to them and instructed them to help us. At the end, the taxi driver came and help us out politely.
  One thing worth to mention. Taxi drivers in Hangzhou were very nice. We took taxi a few times. All the drivers were very polite and helpful.
