The staff here are wonderful and very helpful. They helped us book some Uber transportation for us, helped me fix my shoes and a sweater that needed repair. Evonne and her team went above and beyond to assist me during my short stay. The hotel is beautiful decorated. The rooms are very comfortable and it has excellent recreational facilities. Breakfast was very delicious and overall, I would stay here again without any hesitation. The internet speeds were also very fast compared to other properties that I have stayed at. The club lounge had a very good offering of snacks and drinks in the evening.

stayed here for 5 days. Weather is very cool in October. the hotel is great. very clean and comfortable. you can also rent bicycles from the hotel to explore the wetlands This is something I strongly recommend. You get to see the wetlands.
All rooms have a private balcony with good views, you can generally just chill out and relax.

Only stayed overnight for an event but how we wished we could have extended our stay! Breakfast selection was very extensive, room was very clean & spacious although the room where we stayed in was quite far from the lift (about 7-10 mins walk) .. The quality of the beddings they use are EXCELLENT!
will definitely look forward to staying in this hotel again..soon!

Good service，kids friendly, especially thanks to Ada and Vivian, really helpful, and looking forward next visit.
80's game station is available here with almost 80 different games.
BTW, Chinese restaurant is awesome as well.

We recevied great service from Concierge and Feast Restaurant during our recent stay at Sheraton Hangzhou. The staff from Concierge was very helpful, especially Zhang Xinghua 张兴华 who went out of his way to help us to book tickets for various shows and secured good seats for us (we gave very short notice but he always manage to arrange it quickly for us). Throughout our stay he was very patient to answer all our queries in a clear and concise manner.
Chris Chen was the other concierge staff who was very helpful to advise various transportation modes for us.
At Feast restaurant, we ordered a waffle for breakfast at Feast and had to wait a while longer as the chef informed us he wanted to re-do the waffle to perfection for us! We did not mind waiting but to our surprise the waitress serve us a complimentary dish of fruits to makeup for the wait time! That was really nice of her!
Overall we were impressed by the service of this hotel.
