  My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two months and it was very nice experience in all aspects.
  
  The rooms were very clean and comfortable
  The staff are very friendly and very helpfull

  This is an excellent hotel in a nice place with a nice service of staff, especially Miss Anita for their direct support and welcome during my stay and its concern for the comfort of guests,
  
  I recommend everyone to experience with the science of the second time I spend this hotel.

  I arrived in China not knowing the language. Every department within the Wyndham with whom I interacted was able to assist me in English, from front desk to booking cabs to room service to any of the 3 on site restaurants. If the person who answered the phone couldn't speak English, they could readily find someone who did, even for a 3 am room service call. The staff was all incredibly helpful and friendly. Never have I felt so pampered in a hotel in my life. I had friends join me for brunch and both could not compliment the staff highly enough. They provided me with multiple options from which to choose for a sightseeing tour and then inquired about my experiences to learn more for themselves and future patrons. Even the staff who were not English proficient were helpful and friendly in anticipating my needs. Keep doing what you are doing. Thanks Darya and company!

  This hotel is the BEST!!!! We have never been treated so well. From before we arrived, Leonardo helped me buy train tickets from Shanghai and book a private tour upon our arrival. He gave us a gorgeous and perfect room. He enrolled us as Wyndham members giving us a great discount at the ridiculously delicious buffet!! He even booked us tickets to a spectacular evening show on the water! Ruslan, Darya and Emilie all greeted us and cared for us continuously throughout our weekend stay. I cannot day enough amazing and great things about this hotel — it is the only place to stay in Hongzhou!!! Truly, just perfect and you are made to feel very special - like a super star
