Good hotel, Good location, tasty tea
Glitch2015
Washington DC, District of Columbia | Aug 24, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessEnjoyed the stay: comfortable room, attentive staff, really good location. I enjoyed the walk across the hill to the West Lake, and if you want to get to the central shopping district, the bus stop across the street will get you headed in the right direction. Restaurants can be found either by heading east on the main road, or on a side road to the southwest. The tea set in the room is a nice touch -- nothing like making your plans for the day while enjoying tea steeped up in spring water. The rooms live up to the photos.
Only a few downsides: corridors sometimes smelt like smoke (the rooms didn't, however); not much room for a quick meeting (try the cafe across the street). Breakfast can get a bit repetitive, but the steamed buns are tasty. Try the Thai noodles if you like a bit of spice in the mornings. -
Nice Hotel

Singapore, Singapore | Aug 23, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesNice hotel with clean and nicely equipped hotel rooms. Limited buffet breakfast but a la carte breakfast menus you can chose from as well. We liked it a lot and the portions are very (too) large. Taxi driver had some difficulties to find it. English communication with staff is possible.

Hong Kong, null, Hong Kong | Aug 9, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyUnexpected ... have such amazing hotel in China. Really excellent boutique hotel.. not big, but everything is enough and quiet. Everything is simple but stylish. It is not as the commerical hotel, only meet the standard. It's a Hotel make you feel .. personalize, warmth, the staff are respect and love their job. Special thanks for Nino, Fiona.....I felt their heart to serve the customer....helpful, nice, consideration and full of passion! They are good in English! They gave me good suggestion on the meal & sight-seeing arrangement.
You must not miss their Restauant & Massage! Restaurant has good enviroment and tasty food with reasonable price. SPA....wonderful... my tired has been released!
There is a mall nearby which has many restaurants, shops & Walmart!
Definitely will come back if I visit Huangzhou again! Higly recommend! -

Los Angeles, California | Aug 5, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travelStayed for a one night visit to Hangzhou. The hotel is clean and comfortable with spacious rooms.
The location is a short taxi ride to the West Lake. There are not many things walking distance.
While the staff is very friendly, there is very little to no English spoken, which made it difficult to get recommendations or directions. They were very happy to help me get a taxi whenever needed. Due to this barrier, I would not recommend this hotel for those who do not speak Chinese. -
Great hotel

's-Gravenzande, The Netherlands | Jul 31, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getawayThis hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms looked great and had these funny sliding walls that provide a little privacy in the bathroom when needed.
Overall a great experience. There was even a cocktail bar next-door ^^
