The hotel staffs provide a very great service and help provide detail information that I needed for my visit. They approaching with smiling face and very friendly chatting with you. The hotel room is clean and neat, the cafe and lounge provide delicious foods. I will choose this hotel again if I revisit Hangzhou.

Ningbo, China | Nov 25, 2025Two very pleasant days here as a family. Lovely staff in the Executive Lounge (Mandy and Jenny stood out, especially). A very nice selection of snacks and food in the evening, and an excellent selection of drinks.
Good location. About 20 minutes walk to West Lake.
Nice swimming pool.
Great breakfast!

For starters the rooms are huge with fridges, separate tub and showers that you won’t find in most courtyards. Then the breakfast are always fantastic. Buffet style but with many made to order dishes such as noodles, eggs, rice noodles. I love their executive lounges. They almost open 24 hours a day stocked with drinks and snacks. They serve almost full meals in the morning and evening. They also serve sweets in the afternoon. ALL for free if you are Gold member.
I am a Titanium member so I know a few things about Marriotts. You just simply don’t find this kind of things in US category 2 or 3 Marriotts. When you are done with Courtyards in China it feels like you just left Ritz Carlton
On this trip I met two sweet girls working at the executive lounge, Rita and Briana. They were very sweet. During happy hours they made unlimited cocktails for everyone. They were very tentative on service everyone as well. I will stay at Wulin Courtyard again on my next trip. Their nice smiles put a big smile on my face! -

Chadstone, Australia | Nov 19, 2025One day travel from shanghai to Hangzhou. Hotel upgraded the room to the executive suite room. Base on the cost, you can’t expect any more. When I been to the lounge bar, the staffs made the secret drink from me. Every staff in lounge has a signature drink here. I tried one strawberry milk tea from Summer, also the macha latte from Briana. I hope I can try more but I was so full. Summer,Briana and Rita are so easy to talk to. Very pleasure I had good dinner time with them even I been here by my self. Must back next time.

The food of the Executive Lounge is delicious and especially the special hot drink made by Miss Summer really surprise me! The food quality is pretty high and the varies daily. There are many options of not only soft drink, but also alcohol, e.g., whisky, wine, local beear, votka, etc. It's wonderful to have a drink with beautiful cityview.
Miss Summer, Briana and Rita provided us with very good service and useful information for the sightseeing.
Definitely, will visit here again in the future.
