  That's a 5 star hotel which managed by Accor- Pullman for 2 years, Management is reliable & efficient. I have stayed in almost every room type, such as: Deluxe, Executive Deluxe and Executive Suite, just except the Superior coz it's mostly for group tourists.
  In my opinion, the deluxe room is the best choice, spacious 45 sq.m. with huge bathroom w/ tv monitor, room is plenty of spacious with city view. The best part of this hotel is you can reach everything easily, such as: 27 food street just on the ground, the huge shopping mall is linked, the hangout venue at night just within, cinemas, kids amusement ctr also Guiyang Railway station is adjacent, travel to the airport merely 15-20 mins just. Price is little bit lower than Hyatt, Sheraton, Renaissance, it's fairly okay. I won't hesitate to stay there again as well as recommend to others.

  My mum and I spent our last night of Guizhou trip here. Must say it matches Accor standard in general. Room is clean and big. We stayed in room 2303, and the view of the room is not bad. Wifi is fast and convenient. However, air conditioning is a problem, not cool! Even we told to fix it when we were out for dinner, and it still didn't work when we came back. My mum can't sleep well the whole night.
  For staff service, it is great. No matter the check in staff (not remember the name) or the check out staff - Alex, and concierge staff, all of them were helpful and friendly. Actually, we feel all Guizhou people are nice : )
  Location is the main reason we chose this hotel at first. Close to train station and airport. Also near the shopping centre and eat street. Even you join the local tour, the gathering point is nearby.
  We have future plan back to visit Guizhou as it is a nice place, and we believe we will choose here again.

  这间雅高集团旗下的酒店可以说占尽了地理位置上的优势，旁边就是个大商场，听当地朋友说算是新的商业中心？商场旁边的那条小吃街很好，对于外地人来说，想尝试当地小吃，走路就可以到了，食品看起来也还算是干净卫生。酒店工作人员很热情，有需要能尽快解决，尤其是大堂的客户经理，有问题咨询不厌其烦，回答也很专业，应该是训练有素的。当地朋友给订的酒店确实不错，下次来贵阳可以考虑！
  This hotel with good location, there's a big shopping mall besides. Traveled with my wife and little son, my wife enjoyed local snacks and food bought from food street adjacent with hotel. Good smile and professional service for hotel staff especially Service Manager on the lobby, she responded for our request timely and effectively. Thanks. Good hotel of accor brand, will be recommended to friends in the future.

• Hotel falls below expectations of a international hotel chain standard

  First of all, no staff here seems to understand English even the counter staff who were registering us for check in.
  The hotel map and tour booklet was all in Chinese. The information presented in the map was very simple with only the road names and no useful information such as name of buildings or amenities nearby.
  On the room, the room assigned to us was located at a corner, surprisingly smaller than expected. There was a kettle with coffee and tea however no cups and teaspoons. The housekeeping was feeble. They chucked the cushions into the cupboard. Water running out of the tap into the bathtub was yellow. The water flowing from the shower tap was of a inconsistent and changing temperature in which was a torture to bath with the icy cold water. I was not expecting a 4 star hotel chain to have inconsistent water temperature. The aircon in the room is not cold despite setting it to the lowest temperature.
  The breakfast served was not of wide variety. Food was not appetising and the staff couldn't understand what is scrambled egg nor omelette in English.
  Location of the hotel is at a busy traffic intersection. At night, you can hear the honking sound of the cars. However having said that, the hotel is connected to a shopping mall and behind the hotel, there is a line of food stalls selling street food but try at your own risk.
  I would not recommend this hotel to any one as it definitely falls below the expectations of one would have for a 4/5 star international hotel chain.

  去的那几天天气非常热，但是酒店不开空调，晚上无法入睡。我提出很多次要求，但是酒店说现在不是开空调的时间，不予开放，这让人很难理解，空调应该根据天气是否炎热开放，而不是时间。请改善！！
  Go a few days the weather is very hot, but the hotel does not open air conditioning, unable to sleep at night. I made many times, but now not open air conditioning time, say the hotel does not open, it is hard to understand, air conditioning should be based on whether the weather hot open, not the time. Please improve!!
