  Good location near South Train Station, bus stops to scenic spots. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable of local sights, means of transportation. Can arrange tour pickup to scenic spots. Lots of information available of sights to see.

  super hostel with very helpful staff,
  lovely location, quiet location but close to city center
  cheap and very good food (breakfast, diner, ...)
  cozy atmosfere, you meet lots of other guests
  pool table, library and guitars :-)

  I have never met a more helpful and kind service than on Wada Hostel.. the rooms where great for the small price, same with food drinks and everything else.
  
  but the service. I would travel back to Guilin just to be with the great, helpful and welcoming staff in this hostel.. :D

  It is a very good and not expensive place to stay. Great location, close to the bus and train station. The staff is very polite and helpful and their level of English is very good (much better than most other places in China). We've stayed there for a few nights, had amazing food everyday (a bit pricey for a hostel but definitely worth the money). We met great people there and spent an amazing evening with the staff who taught us how to make Chinese dumplings (the activity was free of charge and we got to eat loooaaads of delicious dumplings).

  We travelled to Guilin to go down the river into Yangshuo. We got a taxi from the train station to the hostel and the staff at the hostel helped us so that the taxi driver didn't rip us off. The staff at the hostel were so friendly, helpful and welcoming and helped us organised the best tours for the cheapest price. The bar offered discount on drinks and was a really good atmosphere at night with a pool table, movie room, bbq and chill areas. It was the foreigner hotspot and seemed like everyone travelling to Yangshuo were staying here. They had special nights were you got traditional Chinese dumplings or bbq nights for 50yuan a person (you get so much food)! The regular menu was amazing with so much choice and some of the best western food I had eaten in China! Best English breakfast we ate while travelling and the milkshakes were incredible! The hostel was a little more expensive than others in Guilin but definitely worth the money! The staff (Wada girls) were so friendly, rooms were clean and the location was good for a short stay.
