  Staying at Yangshuo Village Inn felt like going to stay with great friends in their beautiful, cosy house which just happens to have an amazing italian restaurant on the top with great views!
  We fell in love with this place from the moment we were welcomed with steaming mugs of ginger tea and home made cookies! Our pretty Moon Hill view room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The delicious breakfast the following morning was huge and cooked fresh to order.
  Their restaurant, 'Luna' on the top floor was a wonderful treat offering both italian and chinese options. We enjoyed a delicious Italian meal on our first night and then returned for lunch outside on their terrace the following day after our Moon Hill walk. Sitting their admiring the mountain views with butterflies dancing all around us (so many butterflies in Yangshuo!), is a memory I won't forget in a while.
  Thank you for making our stay in Yangshuo so special! We'll be back!

  We stayed at the village inn for 4 days and loved it! The staff is super friendly, smiling and they speak English.
  We were moved our 5th day to mountain retreat (sister hotel), which is more fancy and much busier place. I preferrd the small village feel of the village inn and missed the smiley faces at the mountain retreat.
  The food was excellent! Village inn serves nice breakfast in the garden area - and they know how to make their capuchino. We ate all our dinners at Luna restaurant located on the roof top of village inn. It is Chinese Italian restaurant and they offer plenty of vegetarian dishes. Ravioli are really Chinese dumplings and you get to eat those with chopsticks! Try the pumpkin ones- supper yummy.
  We rented bikes and explored the area this way. We came to Yangshuo climbing and village Inn is close to several crags by bike.

  Really great hosts (with good English too) who did everything for us. They were so accommodating that we were very sad to say goodbye to them. A really relaxing & quiet holiday in rural China. The best staff ever! The rooms were great too & unique, can't wait to go back!

  Our appartment was charming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is on the rooftop with a great view on the Moon Hill. They make you feel home with super service and delicious food.

  What a gorgeous hotel, in the perfect location with views of Moon Hill. The staff are so friendly and so welcoming. nothing is too much trouble. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. The roof top terrace for dinner or drinks is so romantic. You can watch the sun go down while you sip that gin and tonic admiring Moon Hill. The food is amazing, they offer Chinese menu and Italian, we tried both, both delicious. I loved this hotel, it was the highlight of our Tour of China.
