  I have used this hotel 5 or 6 times now and its really convenient for the airport, particularly Terminal 1 and there is a regular shuttle bus to Terminal 2; the rooms are a good size and there a couple of good restaurants inside the hotel.

  A week ago we stayed one night in the hotel prior transit to Hong Kong. The decorations were good but more towards Chinese style! It’s spacious . The room size is enough for two . Bathroom with glass wall separating the sleeping room . The water was medium in strength and hot. The mattress was firm and comfrey . The air conditioner was adjustable with little response!The staffs were helpful. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant in where the foods were not bad but a little bit salty . I expected high standard eating in Guangzhou ! The location is great just opposite to Terminal 1 and there’s free shuttle to T2, 5-10 min.

  English speaking staff. Very comfortable rooms great pillows and incredibly helpful staff. Never have I seen such efficient and customer centric behaviour in any hotel across the world that I have stayed in and that is saying something because I have stayed in more than 300 hotels across 35 plus countries.

  Your right we are conveniently located across Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport it takes you 30-seconds walk from the main terminal Exit 12-13 don’t forget when you come from the Arrival please use the escalator and go up one level and ask at Information desk for exit 12-13 where you also see our Pullman Hotel Name.
  We also have free pick up service please mention this service when you make your booking so some of our attentive team will pick up at the Arrival hall.
  Don’t forget our white Golf buggy standing outside the Exit 12-13 which can help you with your luggage.
  All our Guest Rooms are European standard and have the Pullman bed with super comfy pillows and two legs pillows for a good rest after a long flight.
  The air conditioning system is up to standard and the shower room has separate tub and rain shower.
  All Guest Rooms give you enough space to do your business or leisure Activities.
  For your next arrival don’t forget our Touch Spa at the third floor West wing with our amazing Swimming pool and Fitness lounge which is open from 6:00am in the morning till 22:00pm at night..

  My husband and I stayed for 11 nights in an executive room on the 3rd floor.
  Our room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed - so we slept well throughout our stay. We were near the roof garden where we enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the warm sun.
  
  The breakfast buffet in the executive lounge had a wonderful choice of food to suit all tastes. We often asked for omelettes and these were fluffy - just perfect, in fact. The servers were all helpful and friendly.
  
  In fact, the staff everywhere were hardworking and courteous. Special mention to Lisa in Reception and Eva and Carry in the Société lounge/bar.
  
  So why only 4 stars not 5? Well, after a very long flight, we were looking forward to relaxing in and by the pool. We could not believe how cold the water was. In addition, the area around the pool was rather spartan and uninviting. Menus were on the table for soft drinks etc, but when I requested one, I was told they do not serve anything by the pool. So why display a menu then?
  
  That said, the gym and sauna were fine.
  
  To sum up our stay, I recommend this hotel - so near the airport (we had a member of staff to meet us in arrivals). It's a bit of a trek into the city centre, but the metro is easy to use, frequent, clean and cheap. We usually bought a one day pass at 20 yuan each.
  
  If we return to Guangzhou, we would love to stay at the Pullman again.
