  I am here for the just 3 weeks and honestly I would rate 3 out 5 because the staff pretends to be cooperative but not actually are.I have mistakenly broke a glass in my room for which they charge me 15RMB which is too much, as i believed i am staying here for 3 weeks so they might have ignored it. Please beware of using the Chips, dry fruit and beer in the mini bar because it cost too much aslo the mineral water of envior is also very costly. They wont mention it but if you use the house keeping will mark the price in the list. Staff understand english less and there are couple of offices located in the middle floors so during rush hours you ll have to wait alot for elevator. For muslims brothers if they want to find a halal food they head right towards Zhongshong lu road and after a couple of small resturants there is one with halal label. Overall location is good as its on the main road metro train station is 20 mins walk away and is on the keyun road so you have to head leftward and cross the underpass and that keyun road will take you to Metro Cash and Carry and beside that is metro train station. Metro train is convenient to travel and more fast and easy to understand for new bees. Buses are overcrowded too much.
  CAUTION: PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR BAG PACKS AND WALLETS, THERE ARE MANY PICK POCKETS, SOME CCTVS FOOTAGES SHOW SNATCHING OF CELL PHONES AND OTHER STUFF IN METRO STATION BEFORE CLOSING TRAIN DOORS.SO PLEASE BEWARE

  Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per quattro notti per un viaggio di lavoro e se dovessi tornare a Guangzhou probabilmente confermerei la scelta fatta. Le camere sono molti spaziose con dei letti comodissimi e molto grandi. Mai dormito così bene in un hotel! Il personale è molto gentile e premuroso. Sfortunatamente la colazione rispecchia più il gusto cinese e c'è poca scelta per noi italiani. Ho solo due critiche da fare: la palestra è davvero poco fornita e il centro massaggi è più che altro un centro ricreativo per uomini soli.. se cercate qualcosa di più "professionale" vi consiglio quello di fronte all'hotel dall'altra parte della strada. Le ragazze sono più specializzate e non sembrano prostitute.

  房间设施还行，就是我订的商务园景房，可是压根没看到园景在哪儿。小冰箱内的雪碧可乐是免费的，这点挺好。相比之下，卫生间显得有点小了。

  Personally wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. The hotel room was a good size and generally clean. I had to move rooms as the people in the next room were smoking, even though it was a non smoking floor. The hotel manager was very helpful with this situation.
  The food was terrible, and I was lucky enough after my first meal experience- I was able to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  I did think it was strange having a pricing list in the hotel information booklet…if anything in the room get damaged or broken- I assume you would have to pay! Not experienced that at a hotel before.

  The hotel in not in the town center, but still some how convenient. The restaurant is serving almost the same food every morning (and the fruit juices are at room temperature). The staffs at the restaurant are not very friendly. I accidentally broke a drinking glass during breakfast, the staff didn't help me much to cleaning up the mess on the table, instead she told me (with a very serious face) that I have to pay $30RMB for the glass. I asked them (including the shift managers) wheter this is a written policy in the hotel. They said yes but just can't show me the written material. I paid the $30 RMB unhappily. Don't think I will ever saty with them again.
