Beautiful hotel not far from shops and restaurants.

Devizes, United Kingdom | Nov 11, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesDecor of hotel is beautiful. Was very clean too.
Downside was that only breakfast for one person was included when there were two guests...I thought this was shockingly bad. We didn't end up having breakfast because of it.
Not a fan of the transparent bathroom door either and early morning water wasn't that hot.
Hotel is in a decent location as about a 20 minute walk to local shops and restaurants. -
Clean, quiet and comfortable - but would not want to stop for more than one night!

Bicester, United Kingdom | Jun 13, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThis "boutique" style hotel is very clean, well decorated and in extremely well-maintained condition. The rooms are quiet, but the lack of windows in most rooms might make it a slightly depressing environment for some people - that is why I think it is suitable only for an overnight stay. The bathroom had a large, very powerful shower, but the amount of complimentary toilets was small. There was no room safe, but there were plenty of power points. Breakfast was distinctly uninspiring - pastries and yoghurt. Check in and check out were fast and efficient - but make sure you get a free car parking pass if you use the underground parking. So, plusses and minuses for this hotel, but it was good enough for me to award it 4 out of 5 overall.

A bit pricy, most rooms have no windows, internet is fast

Hong Kong | Apr 21, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThis property, which calls itself an urban retreat, is converted from a department store. The rooms are scattered along long and twisting corridors. Most have no windows. The bathroom tends to leak water everywhere. Breakfast is terrible - for RMB35 you get a cup of coffee and a croissant (with sausage). No fruit. No hot things. Juice from concentrate.

Good service, good location but rooms without window

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | May 26, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessI like the overall design of the hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly, they also provide drinks and light refreshment at the lobby. What they lack off are good breakfast, perhaps they should invest into a in house restaurant. And I also don't like the room without window, it is spooky sometimes in the middle of the night.

Excellent service, good location, but breakfast is lacking

Trinidad | Apr 22, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThe service in this hotel is excellent, with lots of staff around who are always willing to help. There was always an English-speaking concierge available which made it easy for us to communicate.
The rooms are clean and quite comfortable, however my room as well as my friends' room did not have windows, which made it a bit gloomy in the morning. The continental breakfast in the lobby left much to be desired...there were croissants, doughnuts, and other pastries, as well as packaged sandwiches on some days. But if you're the kind of person who eats light for breakfast, this would be perfect. Tea, coffee and cookies are also available in this area all day.
My whole party opted for the Chinese breakfast in a restaurant on the same compound as the hotel (the hotel provides coupons for breakfast at this restaurant for your entire stay). This breakfast was just mediocre for me...wasn't bad but wasn't great...however was a lot more filling.
We were in town for the Canton Fair, and the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the fair, which made things very convenient. They also provided bottled water on the shuttle on the way to and from the fair.
The hotel is 1 street away from a busy street with restaurants, bakeries and a market. The area felt safe to walk around in.
Overall a pleasant stay, and would stay here again.
